Scams on their ebay store trying to sell untested as is nes games in a bundle and that was a lie because they have other nes games tested with pics they also are trying to sell, so they can test them, so they know they dont work but wont tell you that, deceitful

I’ve used 9-5 Pawn Shop a few times when I was in a tight spot financially and I can’t give them enough praise! By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a pawn shop. Their customer service is great, something you just don’t see anymore (or ever!). I would recommend 9-5 to anyone looking for a loan or looking to make a few extra dollars selling something!

I’ve been going here for years!! I love my experience each and every time. They are very personable and honest. I have purchased a beautiful ring from them and plan on buying my first guitar from them. They give you max loans on your items. It’s like they are very passionate about what they do and enjoy helping people. You can’t please everyone and they are very picky about items they buy and that’s ok because it shows they have standards! They value their business and their customers. If you don’t like people who are honest then don’t go because it’s not the place for you. A lot of their low ratings are mostly lies. I have great experience each and every time I go and learn something new about their business each every time.

Owner is rude and unable to answer questions about jewelry. Maybe he should go back to being a cop. He probably wasnt good at that either. Unsure what his issue is. Kind of pushed me out the door, probably because it was close to 5. He did kind of smell like alcohol, probably needed a drink.

Good and fair people... always has good products

Theyre not that great. They only give 25% of what something is worth. Most other places give 30-35%. Plus, they wont take everything thats valuable. Most other places will give you a loan on anything of value.

They make it seem like theyre working with you but they dont they sell your stuff right from under you dont go there if you want to go anywhere go to jewelry and pawn that right up the street the interest rate is a lot lower and they give you more for your loan plus they take more stuff my suggestion dont go to 9 to 5. Im going to make it my personal mission to tell everyone that I know Im going to create blogs Im going to create any stream of media that I can to go against 95 because they are the worst

The sign says We buy gold, silver, and diamonds but when i went in with my 10 oz silver bar they would not buy it. I dont think they knew what it was...

I absolutely love 9 to 5 pawn and jewelry they have great pieces and make you feel at home !! They also do theyre best to get you as much as they can on a loan if you ever need to pawn.At 9 to 5 pawn they are absolutely the best. Very friendly they made you feel like family. They have pieces of the best quality and if you take a loan they try to lend you the maximum they can.
