Great place to shopping. The worst place to go paid for the grocery. Long time wait for. They dont have enough people to serve to the costumers.

The pandemic has impacted this store, as it has most others -- some advertised items are in short supply, even those not advertised sometimes. NOT ShopRites fault, its the supply chain.

Found what I needed on sale. Long line, but a cashier opened another line and directed me to it. Quick checkout; pleasant and helpful cashier reminded me to use my loyalty card and bagged my groceries well. Happy tonight with my visit!

Overall it’s a good store. People say to wear masks and social distance. Apparently as long as money is made it’s not a big deal. I hear the safety message to cover your but. Your just getting picked on because I’m in your store but I’m sure all stores are the same. Let’s just put America back to normal please.

Very very crowded. Not unusual but only 2 checkers were working and 4 of the self checkouts were out of order. The others were having glitches. Poor lady was running from one self checkout to another trying to clear the hangups. I was exhausted for her. Fortunately the item we went for had been restocked having been an empty shelf on Sunday. These poor places need workers.

Everything is easy to find. The staff is very helpful. If you do self check out and have more than 10 bags call for assistance or it will freeze your computer.

Seems kinda clustered, could be organized better. Plenty parking definitely. They do have a huge variety of items, but I would not count on this store for grocery shopping. Great variety on the bakery side though. Counters are few and the self checkout machine is a mess.

So ShopRite doesnt make enough money to give away plastic bags? I spent over $250.00 and the sales clerk tried shoving as much as he could in a couple bags, I guess to save me money yet squishing my bread and pastries. Charging money to bag groceries is not going to make customers give up on plastic bags. It will actually make them shop elsewhere. I guess charging rent for a cart is next. Will there be a entrance fee in the future? Possibly a stamp on the wrist?

Listen!!! The shelves are always filled! The food is never outdated and the meats are always fresh! You’d think they have live animals in the back…plus the store is very clean and organized!

Shoprite has been my go to regular supermarket for the last 15 years because their prices are the best around. Shop their weekly circular promotions and coupons to get even greater savings. Pay close attention though, as some of items on sale require using a digital coupon.

I loved this store.... The guy packing out ice cream tonight was so wonderful and went to find me corn in the back. HE, was amazing and went above and beyond...Very nice experience UNTIL...I asked a guy packing out turkeys with a mask that had footballs on it (no name tag) was EXTREMELY RUDE when I asked where canned fruit was. His response..First he Ignored me, THEN, said its up an isle, THEN! told me if I looked up at the signs I could find it myself! I understand its Thanksgiving week but I could NOT believe how BAD he treated me. I may start shopping elsewhere JUST because of him!

My first time coming to this particular shop right and I do have to say that its the nicest one Ive been to yet. The others are small and run down and dont offer as much as this particular one does. Its cleanly and has much nicer employees. This ShopRite has a more expansive array of items than other shoprites and Ive been to many. since I live closer to this one than to the one that I usually go to I will continue to go to this one exclusively. And I exclusively only go to ShopRite

The store is modern and well stocked. I found most of what I needed. I found the layout very disorientating but that may be because it was my first time there. I came in the morning and the store was packed. Passing someone was difficult as the isles are narrow. I suggest packing a lot of patience before going there as moving about requires time and patience.

Shoprite is our go-to grocery store and has been for many years. The 3 stars is due to the new bag-your-own procedures in place. I do not mind bringing bags from home, but I feel there is a better way to efficiently conclude our shopping experience. The lines, and time to check out, has greatly increased creating a daunting checkout. Id like to see a redesign done at the front to accomodate this problem.

I have been shopping at ShopRite for many years and have found the staff very helpful, the store clean and the prices are good. But since I have been using my own bags and using the self check out I have become very disillusioned. The self check is more than a disaster and very frustrating to use. The self check out in the other stores are definitely more user friendly. ShopRite management needs to wake up.

Extemly crowded not enough cashiers lined up down many isles sad employees that were stocking were ignorant and unhelpful . Walked out and dont plan on returning .

Very confusing layout of the store. Since I was from PA and didnt know about the bag ban in DEL I wish I would have seen the signs before checking out.Very shrewd. Having cloth bags at .99c and paying only .09c for reusable plastic bags at the cashier. Since this was a one time visit guess which way I opted for 🤔.

I no longer love ShopRite! I do not know what is happening. I have never seen so many expired products outside of Russian stores in Philly. I used to be grab any item without a second thought. Not anymore! You have to check every single perishable item for the expiration date! Otherwise, you will end up with a tub of yogurt expiring tomorrow In the best case scenario, or a package of buttermilk with the best-by date of two days ago. I was unpleasantly surprised when I first discovered cereal packages that had expired FIVE MONTHS before, but assumed it was a fluke. I have given them to the customer service and refused a dollar per package. I just wanted them gone from the shelves, so that the stores reputation did not suffer. Since then, I have across expired products so many times that I no longer believe it is a fluke. I think they no longer care. They gave up. I would have given up on ShopRite too, but where else would I go?

I really dont like the layout. Impossible to make it a quick trip plan on spending an hour to get a few things. People were bumping into each other trying to squeeze through isles. I would go later at night next time!

I purchased 3 bags of Uncle Lous pre-cleaned chitterlings, the sign posted listed $7.49 per bag, after arriving home I was looking at my receipt only to find that I was charged $9.99, unfortunately I dont drive so I couldnt get back to the today obviously I wasnt happy about that, this has never happened to me at this store. Its a lesson learned so from now on I will pay closer attention while the cashier is ringing up my purchases, but all in all I do like to shopping at this particular Shop Rite

We have been shopping there for 15 years. Good prices and great variety of fresh meats, fish and produce. Pharmacy first rate.

Entirely too crowded, extremely difficult to maneuver and no one followed arrows on floor. Cashier overfilled bags to the point that items were falling out of the bags. Even after asking the girl that was checking out not to make bags too heavy because both my husband and I have physical limitations she kept on doing it. We were very disappointed today to the point that we probably wont be backagain.

Who does the ordering in this store???? They are CONSTANTLY out of the items they put on special especially with the digital coupons so the rain checks are worthless. I was going out of my way to shop early on Sunday and they are still out of stock, then going back later in the week and they still dont have the items. Today I went to another Shoprite and they had everything witch is what I am use to at all the other ShopRites. Sure wish this store would get another owner because the Kennys are not running this store very good at all.

Would have been much better if people were not having rude conversations on their cell phones for the world to hear 🤯🤔 and blocking the aisle like no one else was shopping there. The store however is great! Cashiers were kind and patient!!

This location is always clean and has lots of options. The prices are always great. This location has a lack of cashiers and if you are not self check out person, you will be waiting in a longer line to go through a cashier. If you can handle self check out there are several registers for self check which I prefer. They always have an employee to help for the self check out area unlike other stores. There are always carts right in front and its always easy to grab a cart. Parking is great at this store and I never have an issue with parking.

Great store. Good sanitization, also the shop is large enough to maintain the social distancing. The first and most important thing that I love about shop-rite is, they have good quality meat and seafoods. So far I am never disappointed.Large variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. Organic and the regular veggies, plenty of snacks, stationeries, animal foods etc.. In general this is a great grocery store. Very large parking space.They have vegetables packed in regular quantity for your easiness. However, they don’t have red onion packs alone. Red and white onions 🧅 are packed together, together it is large in quantity but I don’t use white onions for cooking at all😕, so I go to nearby grocery only to get red onions.

This cereal is the worst idea!As if regular cereal isnt bad enough. This need to be off the shelves along with plenty others.

They have the brands I want in the size I need laid out in a logical floor plan, without too many products overwhelming the shopping experience. Most importantly, they have the best prices!

Well stocked, not totally. Clean in store. Didnt see evidence of cleaning shopping carts which are supposed to be where most germs and viruses are. Better than most except Trader Joes, which is a specialty food store and excellent in cleaning, disinfecting, etc.

I was going to dock a star for something, but I cant remember. It must not have been that important. Enjoy your 5 stars and please ditch the self-checkouts. Im not on your payroll, thats what cashiers are for.Store was very clean (immaculate I might say) and the staff were insanely friendly and helpful. No major complaints from me (that I can remember).

Terrible customer service at deli. . . Not the first time I have had trouble. Either take numbers or not but serve the people you’ve been staring at and know they’ve been standing there before others. Very rude!

Always enjoy shopping here, isles are wide, store is clean, staff available for questions. There is a large and varied assortment of produce, grocery, prepared foods and breads. (Probably missed many items). Try it, you wont be disappointed.

1. Worst customer service department, in particular when you try to do returns . which brings me to Point 2.2. Their kosher meat is rotten on daily basis, for the past 3-4 years. I have made a number of complaints but no improvement. I know its not the brand because I get the same exact item at Trader Joes and its perfect. At this point, Im wondering if they are doing it because the Kosher food is usually purchased by Jews.

The selections arent as great as other branches but the store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Ive been a ShopRite shopper since I was 3yrs old when my parents would take me with them. Im now 61 so thats a lot of years! The prices are good and staff is friendly. The coupon and PricePlus savings are great!

The dairy and seafood are fresh and excellent. Great prices and coupons. To improve, they need to have more checkout lanes with employees. Fresher vegetables and fruits are needed. Also there is really no need to spray the vegetables in plastic bags such as carrots and celery. They mold.

Good store organized fresh bakery goods. Great sale items when seeking and using the app digital coupons. Best is the weekly ad received in the mail to add the paper coupons. If you dont get the ad Ive picked up one at the service desk and they have the ad with the coupons to cut. Get yours great savings to be had. Friendly and quick check out service received.

This is not my normal grocery store, but I will be back. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I found what I was looking for because I was familiar with another ShopRite.

Clean environment and awesome prices! Produce section had a large selection of FRESH items! Ample number of cashiers on staff and supervisor who directs people to open check out registers so lines arent long.

I just shopped here for the first time and I really liked it! The store is clean, with a good selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best of all is the savings and value, I love their circular coupons!

I believe everything going on is a problem for your employees working overtime as I was reminded buy two of your head cashiers. I stood there in line at the self-checkout wave them over a number X while they ignored me. Again I waved them over and they ignored me. Then I got scolded for saying hello I need help. They were totally ignorant and I hope you dont keep those two. Again I know these are trying times but they got mad at me were saying I need help! Good luck in your Ventures! I will not be back!

I love this store because of all coupons you get and the digital coupons and there are sales every week. The store is nice and clean. The employees are nice and helpful.

If you need a specialty item for the kitchen or the refrigerator anywhere in the area you need to go to a ShopRite. This is a local consortium of local growers who have put together their own stores and maintain a number of them throughout the area especially in southern Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. I routinely stop in this location to pick up strange and interesting ethnic requests for my mother.

Clean and orderly. Friendly and helpful employees. Self checkout options if you only have a few items. Fresh produce. Good prices. And a sushi bar with pretty good and affordable options. Also they have multiple race car carts that fit 2 small children, my kids love them.

Not well at social distancing. have the necessary items but as a small business the employees need to where masks in the correct way. Covid leaves no space for lack of the needed precautions.
