I had scheduled an appointment, unverified, for 11:45 and had to redo paperwork. I finally got my shots at 12:30. On the good side, I scheduled my covid but was also able to get my Flu shot.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Giant on Concord Puke! It is so clean, prices are great and you can definitely save money!! Since its a bit far from home, we go every few weeks. We have not had the same experience at other Giants around my area. You will always find fresh food. The produce is always fresh. And the best part. You will find items that other grocery stores do not have. The staff are very friendly & always want to help. Some of the cashiers could use some training in friendliness but overall its a great place to shop!

This was my first time in the store since this pandemic and I enjoyed some of the rearrangements. Some isles are a little smaller than others so you may be in someones way here or there. There is always a steady flow of people shopping and shelves getting restocked. I mainly began shopping here since they carry Boars Head products but you can always find a good sale on things and of course others are overpriced. The store is always clean & when you can catch the associates they are pleasant enough.

Whats not to love? They have amazing store brand soda, which is shown in the photo I submitted. Look at it. Thank you.

Great store to shop at, especially the organic food section. Only problem I have when I go there is with the self checkout. Sometimes I dont get the sales prices and have to go to customer service. The last time I went through the self checkout the coupons I clipped on their app didnt come off and again had to go to customer service.

Needed to pick up a few items. Found what I needed and used the self check out. The fruit section had excellent berries and other items. Store is very clean, well stocked and has removed the floor arrows which makes it easier to shop.

Love this Super G, its clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful. I am still getting used to bringing my own bag, or making due with the paper bags here. I feel like the biodegradable bags would be more efficient, as shown in my cart full of various bags. 😂😂

Large selection. They have the scanners you can use while placing items in your cart.

I had some shrimp steamed today and they were coarse in texture and dry. Normally their moist. The texutre seemed as though they were over cooked. Also what type of container should the shrimp be placed in after they are steamed? The gentlemen ( Tony) placed them in just a sheet of brown paper.

Self checkout scanners as you shop makes it so easy.

We really enjoy shopping here, they have a great produce selection & an amazing Organic All Natural Selection so we dont necessarily have to go to whole foods for everything.

I have been coming here for years, the employees are friendly and very helpful. The store is great with covid distance restrictions. Also, the store is rather well organized and everything is pretty easy to find.

You know when you go in a store for one thing and walk out with more than planned? Yeah, that was me. I found what I needed plus 20 other things. Impressive produce section too. Not in my area but Ill go there again.

I had to drive from Perryville Maryland to Concord Pike Giants food store to get what I needed. They has so many good sales on a variety of foods. The store was very clean and the Associate were very nice especially Tom in the meat department he was so nice at helping me with what I needed it was worth the drive I will be visiting the store again. Thanks for all you help Tom.

Ive never, ever found them out of anything.They may run out of a specific brand but never out of a type of item. Great place to find the basics when everyone else has run out.The store seems well managed and the staff are relatively nice given it is the Christmas Season during a pandemic.

I needed flowers for my wedding and decided to stop by and chat with the floral department to get an idea of what they could do for me with my wedding being a month away. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Eva (floral dept). Eva made all my worries and stress go away while preparing and planning my flowers. I went in there thinking I’d just get boutonnieres and a bouquet for me - Eva had so many ideas that made me even more excited about my wedding day! She made mock up examples and gave me her advice on everything. She even texted me photos of how the arrangements were turning out days before the wedding so if I didn’t like something, she could adjust it. Such great customer service!I ended up getting everything made by her for my big day and all for an extremely affordable cost!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Giant’s Floral department!! Eva is fantastic at what she does! I highly recommend Giant for weddings — I think Giant is a hidden gem with all of the other options out there. Give them a try - you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Eva!!!!!

I fee this place has more of a Walmart Marketplace vibe going on. It doesn’t seem as big as a normal giant, but weirdly I’ve never not found what I’m looking for either. So I can’t complain there. And it’s in a really nice shopping center to boot!

I have to say if you ever need flowers Eva at this Super G is the best! We needed last minute centerpieces for my daughters wedding and she did such a beautiful job. She went over and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were gorgeous!!!!

This Giant Food store and most of the Giant Food stores I have been too are impeccably clean and organized. This one even opened up aisle space to create a safer environment for shoppers

Giant Delaware one of the biggest ones Ive been to alot of hot women shopping you cant go wrong

Pharmacy is the pits, the number of times we went there just to find out that the meds are not ready. Terrible customer service.If this happened once I would not fill out a complaint but this this the third or the fourth time so you have a structural organization / procedural problem and I must say the person on the counter wasnt very nice either.

This store reminds me of the stores in St Louis. Great selection and prices. Make sure you get a member card to save money on your purchases and points to use in the future

Store was super tidy and neat, Staff were very friendly i went on a tuesday and it was open even after 9:00 PM, best place to buy a cake incase you are late in the day and have very less stores open during late night. The only drawback was there were no staff to write the greetings on the cake but they were so helpful in giving us the cream and let ourself right the greetings on it. There is only one entrance that currently open due to covid restriction. I would recommend this store for grocery shoppings

This Giant Food store is my favorite location. Its always clean, I can scan my purchases and bag them as I go (which makes checkout a breeze), and my preferred items are usually reasonably priced even when they arent on sale. I also like the fact that, for the most part, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable.

Isnt my typical grocery store to go to, but I came in for the pharmacy and was very impressed with the layout of this store. Its actually got more stuff, such as office supplies, that other places like ACME dont. Very clean, and tries to make sure everyone follows COVID guidelines.

I’ve just gotta commend the employees. I sincerely hope they’re being taken care of. While the rest of us are told to stay home and social distance, they are still going in to work and restocking shelves nonstop. Everyone is bulk purchasing and panic buying, and likely yelling at the employees for items not being available. They look exhausted. And I’m sure it’s a thankless job right now. So thank y’all for everything you’re doing for our community. You deserve all the pay and time off. Stay safe.

Very dismissive of the phrase No, thank you, I dont need help from wheelchair users. And, the -ahem- GENTLEMAN I dealt with at around noon on Wednesday December 11 who works there, put his hands on me when I was reaching for an item, on the shelves that contain the dried legumes near the salad bar despite my protests that I had it under control. (Apparently if I take more than five seconds, it triggers the little tadpole. Grr) Gave me and my wheelchair a big enough shove to make ABSOLUTELY SURE I had NO chance of getting the item MYSELF I expect you to SCREAM at this fool, QUICKLY. I will still be a customer at the store, but, unless you resolve this FAST, I might not be, and, I MIGHT mention it to some folks I know who know what my rights are as a disabled person in your store, and ask what recourse I might have.. This is not the first time this has happened to me there.

Excellent customer service at the Service Desk! Staff was smiling, pleasant, made me feel like the appreciated me as a customer.... something that I havent felt in a long time dealing with stores and customer service everybody wants to be on their phone it makes it feel like youre bothering them when youre spending your money... keep up the good work!

I like going ther but the prices are to high

The store is really big and clean. The produce is the best that I have seen. The Giant stores in PA have awful produce. The prices are quite high in Delaware, the Bento Sushi is nasty and the Salad Bar is so so. I was a little disappointed with the salad bar and sushi after walking into the store and feeling like I was in a ritzy part of town.

They Are always well stocked. The people there are the best, friendly as ever. Ms Cheryl, and the Bakery staff are really great. The Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies are amazing.

Went in picked up a 30 min. meal and it was very good. Try the fig & balsamic chicken with small red potatoes and green beans we enjoyed it.
