Paid up front..and never got any satisfaction...we were pushed off to the assistant...$5,000bucks gone!!

Clell and the entire staff were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They bent over backward to make sure my mother had the best hearing aids, that fit, were comfortable and that she understood them. And they were ready to exchange the 1st pair for a better fit, no questions asked.

Top notch! Clell and his crew are great to deal with and go the extra mile to make sure their product is the right one for their customer. Most of the guys that call themselves audiologists understand hearing loss but often have scarcely a clue as to how to customize their product to best meet a customers needs. Clell gets it and works with the customer until the product does exactly what it is supposed to do for them. Thats not a one size fits all. Its different based on the customer. Buying a hearing aid today is not just buying an amplifier, its buying a sound processing system that can restore hearing and compensate for many aspects of hearing loss. Some of that comes configured right out of the box. The rest depends on the technician doing the install.

These folks have been really helpful to me. They are both patient and competent. The repairman, William, has proved the best help yet, as even expensive hearing aids seem to need regular attention.

They r the ones that help me with hearing aides 10 years a go .They have treated me like family . They r their for me when I need them . He lets u try them before u by them . Very very nice plp .
