I appreciated the free consult but feel the cost was too high for me to afford the hearing aids. I have since found another provider that works better for my budget.

The location was not the best and I didnt feel comfortable in the area. Glad my husband was with me.They had me bring a person with a familiar voice so my husband came with me and he didnt even have to be there unless moretesting was necessary which it wasnt.Tester was not very professional.I would not recommend this company.

I was impressed with how efficient tester was even though I didn’t get her name. I was surprised I was approved for 12 mo financing same as cash. I left office without knowing why I needed new hearing aids or the results of the testing. I think these questions should have been explained without me having me to ask them. Should had been part of actual visit.

This place is a joke. Paul is all about a dollar. He makes you call 50 people a day and tell them they can come on in for a free hearing test like you won something when I know for a fact you can go about anywhere and get free hearing test. Paul is nothi g but a salesman with a gift for gab. All they want is money money. They pay their Patient Coodinator Technician 12.00 per hour and expect you to keep the front desk running and call 50 patients a day Even though they have a call center also that keeps calling patients every 30 days or a little longer. Just people please do research on this place its a very deceitful place. I was let go without warningThey have didnt even give me a notice. The reason was lack of work but hired someone 30 day later. Karma does work I have a great job now making 14.00 per hour and happy. Just want the public to beware. Dont get sucked in by this place its a Denmark Company and they hire people off the street and put them through school to do hearing test.. I dont know about now but when I worked there They did not even have a real Doctor. Just hearing specialist. Please be aware they hired this Paul guy to go to school to be a hearing specialist but found out he had a gift for gab and they just have him a managerment position over eastern distant. This place is a joke. Like I said its all about money. Please beware. By the way the reviews you are readiing from Chris who used to work there but when Paul took over she gave her 2 week notice and quit. She had worked there over 6 years and couldnt work for Paul. She said she was not a telemarketer. Too much expected for pay. The other one is also a employee Glenda is also a employee there so of course she is going to write nice things, but it is not going to do her no good. I have not seen patients writing anything.
