I had a problem with my hearing aids and I called and was given an appointment that same day. I didn’t have to wait and the staff was excellent….very accommodating!!

Every aspect of my hearing aid purchase was handled perfectly. Since it was my first experience with hearing aids, I was apprehensive and quite hopeful that Delaware Hearing Aids was a good choice. From the friendly reminder call the day before each appointment, the friendly reception on arrival, being taken into my appointment on time, and most importantly, to the care given to get me the right solution; all was great.June Moser was not a thats close enough or thats good enough person. Each aspect of my hearing loss was addressed and then each aspect of the fit was tweaked until it was just right. Im very glad to have my hearing under the care of June.

My devices began to work improperly. I took them in and learned that bthemicrophone caps were dirty. They were replace quickly and free of charge. I have had consistently very good service here.
