We had moved to the Wilmington area about eight days prior. I arrived at their Market Street store about 15 minutes prior to closing for the day. Jeff ROCKS!! After much research and consideration of buying from one of the warehouse stores my husband and I wandered into Cape Fear Bedding because I told him, I saw great online reviews for them. NOW WE KNOW WHY! After going to another big box mattress store on Memorial Day and hearing about all the great holiday weekend deals, it was a pleasure to speak with Jeff who needs no gimmicks or sales because he has the best mattresses at the best prices all of the time. He took the time to educate us (although his website does a very good job of that as well) and was an absolute no pressure sales guy. We purchased two mattresses, a queen for the guest bedroom and a king for the master. When we were too busy with work for the scheduled delivery date he happily rescheduled for a Saturday and when one of his delivery guys couldnt be there he jumped in and did it himself with a very nice young man Gabriel. If that was not enough when he saw our current box spring for the king he told us it was much better than the one that came with the new mattress and suggested we keep it. Desperately we needed new mattresses. On a whim we decided to make some calls to different furniture stores around Wilmington to see what we could find. OMG there price and selection alone are good reason to consider them sleep comfort consultants. But Gerry service on the other hand is second to none. Truly if I were you I’d go go check them out and you’ll end up getting a new bed. Then you can sleep on it
