This is the second time weve bought from Mattress By Appointment. Both times were seamless. Less than 50 bucks down and I got an amazing king mattress financed.... And she delivered it! Dont waste your money at a furniture store. I used to work in one. Overpriced stuff that is always on sale and still marked up like crazy. Not at Mattress by appointment. First let me just say the lady is extremely nice but I think you can do better with an online mattress place. You are not allowed days to try out your bed. Most online mattresses companies are at least120 days. The company they use to finance is extremely nice but its pricey if you go over the time limit. If you ask to turn it in...(because they consider you really leasing it.) You pay a steep penalty so you might as well buy it anyway. My poor son is stuck with this mattress unfortunately, because of this. For example. I got a $1400 mattress, well if i turn it in it will cost me $740. Yep. Theyve got you either way. I dont care if you you get to try out the bed on location, there is no comparison as when you finally get to sleep on it. I wont judge the bed because everyone is different but when I finally got it I tossed and turned and ached all day from it. I just want people to be aware.

Very impressed at the price for quality. We were able to try a variety of mattresses and picked one we loved for half the price of other stores. Even ordered an adjustable base and Jillian also got us a couple sweet pillows. Shipping took a lot longer than I wouldve liked, but thats not her fault and she did tell us that it would take a couple weeks. Overall, I highly recommend buying from here if you dont mind waiting a few weeks for delivery.

Yes customer service still actually exists. Jillian is amazing. She is really good at helping you find the perfect mattress that fits the needs of her customers. The quality was excellent but at a price that I can afford. I will never buy from those big furniture places again now that I found this hidden gem. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

My very pregnant daughter needed a new bed. Its been a difficult pregnancy. She hasnt been able to sleep through the night. So, mom to the rescue! I found Jillian Taylor from Mattress by Appointment on Facebook marketplace here in Wilmington NC. We spoke on the site, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. After arriving at the store, my experience was like meeting a friend for lunch. She was helpful, very friendly and allowed me to flop on every mattress in store. Lol. After an hour or so talking and laughing I settled on a mattress. The Serta 5 star king was the winner. Price and quality was excellent.

I bought a queen size bed from them a couple weeks ago and Ive slept so good but she said she was gonna make me famous I havent received any fans yet 😆but the bed is nice thanks again.
