About a week after ordering, we concluded that we did want/ need a box spring for our new mattress. Ryan was able to order our box spring and get it scheduled to ship with only a ten minute phone call! My husband and I visited this location a few months ago, we were doing our research on mattresses. Scott was very helpful in helping us determine we wanted a temperpedic bed. We did not purchase it yet, but are planning to in the near future. Today, we were out looking for a twin mattress with a guest coming to stay soon. We stopped back in after breakfast at the diner next door. We wanted something a little nicer than the $99 cheapy but something that would make a nice guest bed on occasion. We fumbled in the door unsure if we would find a mattress here. Scott greeted us and immediately found us a great deal for a twin pillow top mattress and box spring! He even through the mattress cover in for free! He solved our need in about 15min and we didnt have to run around. First stop shopping! Love it! Thanks Scott!

I cant remember for the life of me what the salesmans name was, but he was AWESOME!! After looking at a few stores previously over the last few months and then going to 3 or 4 stores back to back yesterday, he was by far the most helpful, he knew the answers to me and my hubbys questions and the most important thing that he did was not push us into buying anything or if we were going to, not make us buy the most expensive Tempurpedic mattress or put us in something that I said 100 times that I do not want like I did every where else. I really really wish I could remember this guys name because I would take time and call corporate to give him a compliment on how good of a job he did. Thanks for everything! Ryan was quick and accurate - just what we wanted!We needed to pick up a mattress for tonight, as we just moved from Los Angeles. The store was really convenient on Concord Pike, near our new apartment. We saved $300 on their Memorial Day sale.

I was trying to hold off racking up my credit card too much bc I pay in full every cycle. So, I needed two matresses for a trundle bed by Saturday. Mattress Warehouse was my 4th attempt and they delivered( figuratively and literally ). I spent more than I anticipated but was very satisfied with the entire transaction. I worked with Scott about a month ago at this location and I will not be returning. I was shopping for my spouse and I and my spouse could not join me that day. I asked Scott how I would know if my spouse would like the mattress I was interested in since he wasnt able to join me and Scott replied by saying He will like this bed. If he doesnt, then he is gay and you need to leave him. Such a demeaning and disgusting comment. I sincerely hope this comment is seen and he will be confronted by the company.

I bought mattress from Scott at this store, I did the Bed test to start, he never went over the results with me. The hybrid mattress he sold me was $899. I had a 10% coupon, I went to present it to him he said he didnt need it. I asked about free shipping, which the bed qualified anyway, he told me he was going to give me a package deal with free shipping and the coupon. I got home the total bill was $899??? I called, he said he applied it. I got a Hybrid foam which I told him I didnt want. I called him again after receiving, told him this is not what I wanted, he gave me a snotty attitude told me I had to wait 30 days there was nothing he could do. I called corporate to go to another store. I would NEVER recommend this Scott guy to anyone!!! WORST experience Ive ever had with buying a mattress. The email on your reply is nothing to respond to. It sends me to a MW general site. Typical of this company,

We had a great no pressure experience with Khalid at the Brandywine Mattress Warehouse by Metro Diner. The store was clean with a hugh selection! They had sheets for us to put down to try the Mattresses out. Other chain stores in the area had nothing for you to put down on the mattress. Khalid was poliet, knowledgeable and listened to our needs without making us feel pressured.

I walked in and right away Scott came and greeted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about his profession. He took me from mattress to mattress explained the importance of sleep position and found me the perfect mattress, and didn’t break the bank.

We searched for weeks trying many different mattresses. Mattress Warehouse of Wilmington - Brandywine had a large selection that included most everything we tried at the other mattress stores and an additional Serta premium line we did not find in any other store that we really liked. My in store experience was great. Khalid was very good at explaining my options. However there was a sale at the time for a free adjustable frame. When I heard about it on the radio I called to ask why I didnt receive it. Khalid was very rude and told me he gave me a deal and with it I couldnt have the frame. At no time did he say that. I explained in detail that I should have received the advertised adjustable base. He hung up on me. When I didnt hear about delivery on Friday as discussed, I called the store. Every time I called the line was busy. I called from another phone and was able to get through and schedule my delivery. He blocked my phone number to prevent me from calling the store. I am very upset and I will contact someone in reference to this situatuion. I work with the public every day. There is no way I would treat a paying customer this way especially when they just spent almost 900.00 at my business.
