Greetings All! I signed my contract in May 2019 and to date, January 12, 2020, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. We, the customer, often take for granted and forget to say thank you. I would like to thank you, Matt, Manager, and Kathy (Edgemoor - North Wilmington) for your kindness and professionalism. The facility is wonderfully clean and my unit is as advertised. Payments easy access and I appreciate the military discounts are offered to veterans. You are the standard and the model for others to follow.Again, thank you for making me feel right at home!

My storage unit was so easy to rent, and I couldnt be happier with the location! Matt answered all of my questions and had me all set up quickly. The place was clean, and felt safe and secure. My unit was in great shape and ready for me to move in on the spot. I highly recommend the North Wilmington Sentinel Self Storage!

Walked in today and received courteous and efficient service from Jacqueline. Everything was shown and carefully explained to me. The climate controlled unit appears as advertised. The contract and terms are straightforward and reasonable. I think this will be a suitable and convenient solution for me.

We used Sentinel Self Storage of North Wilmington to store a small amount of our belongings (rest was with movers) as we searched for our new home in Delaware Valley area. The storage facilities were very clean and easy to access. The office staff was professional and very accommodating as we had several start / stop situations where we thought we were moving out but ended up not being able to as our new house build was delayed. It was never an issue. When we did finally move out the process couldnt have been easier. We had a very good experience during our time using the Sentinel Self Storage facility.

Jaclyn was extremely helpful. She made the process very easy. I have several units and its so nice to have the staff extremely helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a short term or long term storage facility.

I have rented from sentinel for many years, I am now moving on, but I must say that Jacklyn and Kathy the manager and assistant manager respectively made my experience there absolutely great. They are simply the ultimate, truly two of the most wonderful people I have ever encountered. Ladies I miss you both and I really do mean that.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities that I have ever seen. Joe and Robin were very friendly and helped me understand the size of unit that I may need. They also have great moving supplies such as boxes and tape at very resonable prices.

After pricing the lockers at the edgemoor site, I was going to look at another site down the street. The other site was cheaper. I gave my business to edgemoor because of the wonderful service I received. The professionalism, upbeat attitude, and attention to detail are why I store here.
