The two gentlemen that moved my stuff into the storage unit were amazing. They were very friendly and they took very good care of my things. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody else that is moving in the near future.

Just recently moved into my first 1 bedroom apartment and had a lot of new, heavy wood furniture I needed help moving onto a 3rd floor apartment from a storage unit. The 2 guys that helped me were timely, SO kind, efficient, and did more than I was expecting. They were so quick and I was impressed with their ability to get that furniture up 3 flights of stairs without any damage or issues. There also were no surprise fees, and I like that my deposit went towards the first hour (so I didn’t have to pay everything all at once). Also, when I initially booked the move date, I had to reschedule and my office consultant was very responsive and nice. If I ever Had questions, she responded very quickly. I definitely Would recommend this company and will use them again for my next move.

Two Men and a Truck were reasonably priced and very punctual. We received a courtesy call a couple days before the move and the movers called us when they were on their way. Marcus was point man and went over all the paper work with us. He was extremely polite, positive, straight forward, and ready to work. We had never used a moving company before and under estimated how much stuff we had and how long it was going to take. Marcus did not let that slow him down and communicated with us during the move when necessary. If we have to move again I will definitely check Two Men and a Truck first because of the experience that we had with Marcus and his team.

Everyone that helped us move was amazing! Very efficient and respectful! Quickly moved my two bedroom apartment down two flights of stairs, with no elevator, and into my new home without hesitation. We called Two Men and a Truck in Tallahassee pleading for help when we had to hastily move my mother to assisted living, with her piano needing to be moved (carefully!) five hours away. When Tom realized the time constraints involved in the midst of his own busy season, he made the effort to find if any other TMT sites had a truck traveling near enough at the right time that they could move the piano for us. The effort worked, the truck showed up on Friday only two hours after I reached my mother, they wrapped and padded the instrument, and by 9:30 that evening it was installed 5 hours away in its new location. The young men doing the work were cheerful and careful. So many thanks to Tom for his thoughtful coordination, and the young men who carried out the job for the Wilmington, NC site.

Dave and Tim did an excellent job of of moving my furniture back into my house after renovations that included painting and refinishing floors. They were punctual, polite and professional. The job was done below estimate and everything was moved back without a single ding to a wall or the floor. I also appreciated good communication with the office. Molly called day before move to re-confirm date and time and afterwards to see how the move went. I am definitely using these Two Men and a Truck for any future moves.

Awesome responsiveness in the lead up to the actual move, as tweaks to the plan had to be made. The team that showed up were on time, personable, professional, and thorough. Plus, they were fun to work with throughout the day. If they were unsure as to where something was going, they asked. They moved furniture twice in some cases. The moving guys were great. Very nice and courteous. They were careful, and didn’t break, or damage anything. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 stars is the following. We made it clear that we were moving the entire contents of our house. However, after a few hours, the truck was packed full. They didn’t have room for our REFRIGERATOR, two vacuums, house plant, ALL of our wall decor, a laundry basket, our kitty litter robot, they left our entire linen closet, a skateboard, a scooter, a high chair, kitchen trash and recycle cans, our 45’ TV, our hose, and it’s stand, and some other small odds and ends. This was super frustrating, as our family only has a two door car. Our friends had to help us get our refrigerator with their truck. When I asked John Tony what can be done about this, he said they can schedule a second pickup for another day, which is fine. However, they would have to charged us additional money. His rationale for this was it still would come in cheaper then what they had originally quoted us for our entire move. I would have appreciated proper expectations to be set, like hey, there’s a chance not all your belongings will fit. If we would have known that we would have had them get all the big stuff in first.

From the start everyone was very professional and friendly. It was pretty easy to get a quote; I did that online. This was followed up with a call to confirm the information. The gentlemen that moved everything were great! They were fast, efficient, and careful. They made me feel my boxes/furniture were in good hands. I have used Two Men & a Truck previously. I had planned to use Pods for this move because I need to store my things in my driveway until my renovation is complete. Pods was unable to place the Pod even though they promised it would fit. I called Moe at TM&aT last minute to book an end of month move. She was very professional and responsive. She sent a quote while I called other moving companies and storage facilities. On moving day Terrell & Lynwood (the Doctor) called upon departure from the facility and arrived on time. Both were experienced movers and did a great job loading the truck. I had a 10x20 storage until. The facility manager was sure Id need overflow. Terrell and the Doctor ensured they packed the facility in a way that everything would fit. It was amazing. I was sure to tip them $60 each for their attention to detail. I will request them again when it is time to move from storage to my renovated home. This is the best crew Ive ever worked with at Two Men & a Truck. They made the pain of an expensive move a bit less painful. Thanks!

These guys are awesome!! Ordered a fridge from Costco and three in a row were damaged. Fridge number four had a small dent but it was acceptable and they were so careful in bringing it into my home and removing the other fridge. I highly recommend these folks to move anything you need. Polite, timely, and just great customer service!

After our last move with terrible movers we were hesitant about using any company again. But two men and a truck was great from the beginning. The gentleman I spoke with about the estimate and then scheduling was very responsive and professional. The men that moved us were sweet and worked quick. They were done packing the truck about three hours faster than expected. They were very nice about asking how they should handle certain furniture pieces. And then when they arrived to drop everything off they made sure they put everything where we wanted it and even set up different items. Could not recommend this company more. If you are gonna spend the money for movers it should definitely go to two men and a truck.

As an interior designer I work with TMAAT quite often and I cannot recommend them enough. Whether it is delivering one small table or receiving, storing and installing a house full of furniture I can completely rely on them. The warehouse, delivery and office staff always go out of their way to make sure my clients and I are 100% satisfied. They are a great team and it now feels like seeing old friends when we work on projects together.

I did a price check they were that cheapest.They did the move in 1 day, 130 miles each way. So we werent paying hotel/meal cost for two men. Wouldnt take any breaks hustled the entire time. Using them again in December for my parents . Highly recommend.

I have used Two Men & a Truck on two previous occasions in the past few years and have had very positive results. This last move was very different. The estimate I received seemed a little high for the amount of items being moved but it was just an estimate. The movers arrived on time at 10:00 AM as scheduled. When I called to check on the status of the move at 10:45, I was told that the the movers were updating the estimate and the paperwork had to be redone. So almost an hour in, and no moving was taking place. Once the move was completed and I was presented the final invoice. I felt I was being overbilled by 1 hour asked the moving crew to have their main office contact me prior to billing the credit card I had used to pay the deposit for the move. He said he would. He then called his manager an told him to bill the card I had on file with out discussing my concern and having the manager contact me. I eventually was put in contact with the manager and was told the card would not be charged, and that the office would call me prior to billing the card to discuss the invoice. No call ever came and the card was charged. My text and email s were not returned and as of this review, no attempts to contact me have been made.Something has changed with this moving company in the past year, management, ownership. This is not the way they use to do business. This was my third and last time to use Two Men & A Truck in Wilmington, NC and my last time to refer friends and clients to their services. When management will not address issues with the customers, ignore their concerns and lie to them to pacify them for the moment, I cannot trust them to treat others differently than they treated me. And you shouldnt either.

Everything about this move was super easy- from estimate to scheduling to actual move, including a requested modification during the move. All completed with professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. The cost was very reasonable. The movers were ready and willing to do more than we even considered. Not impressed I hired two men and a truck because they seemed to be qualified movers according to their TV commercials and their reviews. I met with the estimator to show him what had to be moved and I was given a quote which seemed to be reasonable. The move was from Jacksonville NC to York PA. I met up with the movers at the scheduled time and place due to the furniture was being held in a storage facility. There were only two guys there to load the truck. I got them started on the move, telling them that I had to go back to work and that I would be back when they were finished.The furniture arrived at its destination in York PA with several pieces broken and scratched, these were solid wood pieces mirror, and dresser, including a broken book shelf. The movers never used any moving pads other than the ones that we had, and they took them with them when they left. I contacted my sales rep Trevor and explained what had happen. Trevor was courteous and understanding and reviewed the photos that I sent of the damages. He then sent my information to the claims department who reached out to me for a settlement. They pay .60 cents per pound for damaged materials and according to their chart only comes out to about $60.00 USD, the moving blankets alone that were taken cost more than $60.00.Long and short I spent roughly $5,600 too have my furniture scratch and broken, had I known this was going to turn out like this I would have taken a week off of work and rented a truck and moved it my self.

These guys did a great job. I wish they had more options on protection coverage, I only had a fridge to move and had to pay $75 for up to 10k value, they should have something for smaller moves. Overall they were great.

Just used this company for a move from a 2nd floor apt to a first floor. Such a great company and would recommend to anyone. Their customer service is kind, quick to respond, and immediately solves any issue/makes changes. I talked to Tyler each time I called and she was great to work with. I didn’t have them pack for me. It was a load and unload. These guys were great! Courteous, friendly and hard working. Moving is hard. Doing all the lifting and going up that ramp they still had time for a smile! Working with people who can smile while they do a very hard job makes a big difference in an already stressful day! Worst ever! DO NOT USE!!! I would give them 0 stars! They are very unprofessional, damaged furniture, broke items (that they claimed were already broken) and stole items. DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA INSURANCE because they do no honor replacement as insurance is supposed to do! Men congregate inside the back of the truck hiding and not working, while the clock is ticking on the bill! Helped themselves to refrigerator and drinks without asking. Owner has a terrible attitude and employees are representative of their boss; so there you go - BAD COMPANY!

There were some mix ups in scheduling my move due to computer issues, but the office staff kept working on it in order to make the day I needed work. I even ended up getting a more convenient time slot than they had originally offered.The two men who moved my belongings were punctual, polite, friendly, hardworking, and efficient. The lead mover went above and beyond to make me feel confident that they would take care of my belongings. It was raining and they made sure to cover and wrap my furniture so it would not get wet. Once at my new place the lead mover helped me brainstorm how to organize my furniture to maximize the space. His suggestions were helpful and demonstrated his level of experience. If I require the need of movers again I would definitely not only book Two Men and a Truck, but I would also request the same mover team.

The men were great but Idk how they had a hard time taking down my bed and washer and dryer and putting them back up in 3 hrs and they had 4 men. King sized bedroom and a washer and driver took 4 hrs. When I first moved her the same company in tn had 2 men break down and load the truck within 40 mins. I expected the same if not faster service with 4 men

This company is great. The two gentlemen who helped me with my move (Noah and Adam) were nothing short of consummate professionals. These movers are great. They recently moved us out of a house we sold, moved some of our stuff to storage and then moved the rest into a rental house. 2 months later, Christmas week, moved us out of the rental, gathered up the stuff from storage and moved everything into the house we bought. No kidding--both moves were accomplished flawlessly by really professional, polite, and friendly men. Do not hesitate to use them for your move; you will be glad you did.

Unhappy customer with damage washing machine. Hired these moves to move me things into condo and they damaged my washing machine. When contacting the claims department they state we are not able to offer any assistance because you was asked sign the waiver for our service of moving. Being reassured by the manager on the moving team they would take great care with my devices. That was not the case. You pay for a service thinking they will stand behind the service when in the end there is no good customer service. My advice don’t not use this company that does not honor their services you will only pay dearly in the end. I have lost so much money using this company go with another company that honors customer and stand by their service!!!!

Lonnie and David arrived on schedule, were friendly, administratively and physically prepared to wrap and load all pre-identified items, which they did with care; and, then, without delay, transported all items to our new location, carefully and skillfully unloaded and placed the items as we requested. Could not have been any better!

The three guys that moved our belongings were awesome! We can’t say enough good things about this company and the guys that showed up (on time) to do a difficult job and made it look easy and seemed to not even mind our dogs getting in the way now and then. And then the moving staff brought the contents of my house to our home off the coast of Wilmington, uncrating and assembling a houseful of furniture, beds, and mattresses. Ive never met movers who were more diligent, careful and professional! A great experience all around!!Id use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Awful Awful awful.... use any company but these guys!!!!!When the movers showed up within the first hour they already managed to break a mirror.They took their sweet time moving everything and taking smoke breaks.Then at the end they charged us for an additional hour. If they weren’t moving so slow and smoking so much then it wouldn’t have taken them so long!Then one of the movers wrote his own number on our paperwork and told us to call him personally next time as he moves people on the side and charges way less. Talk about unprofessional.Lastly, I was told I’d be reimbursed for the mirror that they broke. Then weeks later I called only to be told there was no chance that they’d reimburse me. Useless.Save yourself the trouble and never use this horrible company.

Moving coordinator, Jon and movers John & Nicholas were all professional, kind & courteous. Attentive to the stress of moving and did everything they could to make it easier for me and my family. These guys did a great job!
