Ive been a tenant for quite a while. Today I witnessed two women yelling and cursing at the manager. Marlon handled it with poise and professionalism!!!! He has been great since the day I moved in. He deserves a hefty raise!!!! Although I dont like the rate increases, I didnt move out because of him. MARLON YOU ROCK!!!!!

Very nice an Clean... positive an friendly staff i.e Marland is awesome... Someone had broken a bottle in front of the doors I let him know about an he stopped what he was doing an came to clean it up... No wait time... I say way Better then Uhal..but check it out for yourself.....

Combination locks on elevator makes it pretty secure. You cant just sneak in with someones key

They give false information. What they telling you got to pay isnt once you come in its a bunch of money that you do have to pay and they tell you, you have to get their insurance

When I got to the storage place, I was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the professionalism and most definitely the Price was a plus.Marland and Vince are great guys to deal with. Their professionalism and pleasant demeanor made it even more a pleasure to be there.

I had a wonderful experience while at this location. They were always very friendly and the place was very clean and well kept and secure. Donna Johnson especially was very kind and always smiled and helped me if I had any problems with the paperwork she was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend working with her and this location in the future if I need to. Only downfall is not having a least a few hours on Sunday to possibly pick up things since I work most days of the week and weekend!

I personally recommend this location for exceptional customer service... I was with them for 3.5 years and they have bared with me in times of trials and tribulation... Deeply appreciated... All I would change is the hours of operation to 24 hour access... Other than that my experience was great

Marlon was absolutely wonderful and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me patiently since I had never rented a storage unit. The storage building and unit is clean and well lit. I would recommend this storage company again based on the service I received.

Good space, yet terrible evening hours during the week and weekend. You cant get any of your stuff if its a Sunday. Dont dare have a 9-5 job, because by the time you get there theyre lockeddown until 7am which is the earliest a resident can get there, which I am grateful for, yet not being able to get my things after work or even later on a Saturday is a big hindering to my life as Im relocating. Definitely a clean spacious environment, with slow and steady elevators, and pretty ok security yet the hours suck.

I have had excellent experiences with this particular location. The managers Michelle and Marland are always helpful & respectful. That is one of the most important reasons for me to recommend this location. In addition theyre always accessible.

Michelle was excellent and she was extremely helpful to me. I give her a five star rating because she was kind, courteous and very interested to help me. This beautiful young lady deserves a raise for sure.

My mother moved into her storage bin where there was some confusion about price. No big fuss. Thats my mother. Customer service did call her to find out what happened . . Great Customer service, said it was an error in their system. Fair?? Not to me, No compromise at all. She was quoted both online and on phone. Then different in person. Smh For a couple of days my mother was going to change her wording on her rating. Then their response... ha!!! The response speaks for itself.

I originally rated this with 2 stars because of a bad experience I had. I was contacted immediately and the situation was dealt with appropriately. I am very pleased with the service provided by SROA and highly recommend their services. I would also like to add that it is always SUPER clean on the grounds as well as inside the actual units.

Marlon and michelle were great!!! I ended up with a great space on the ground floor. This was my first time needing storage space, and if I ever need it again, this is where Im coming!!!

I Love this place... I am a tenant here !!! The Staff is Wonderful !! Always Cheerful.. Always Happy to Help you..Alwa Algoes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you... I feel very Safe having my belongings here... Very Clean!!!!! The only Downfall I have is that there is No Sunday Access to get in !!! There NEEDS to be atleast some Sunday Hours 9-1 is Good !! That way we can get in before FOOTBALL GAMES !! Just in case we need something... U never know !!! Especially with me ..I change my house all the time and have stuff in storage that I want to use and cant get to it because storage is CLOSED !!!! 😥😥😥 But other then that EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT !!! Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do but damn you have to sell blood to pay the ridiculous fees. People in the office beed CSR training. Messed up my stuff in a flood and insurance that was paid for did nothing to help replace any of my belongings that were destroyed which baffled me since I pay for it. I have lots of complaints. I cannot wait to be done with SROA. Hopefully soon as I have a baby to sell to pay off my fees lol jk....so I had to provide an update (and a rating update) since the office was overhauled the staff is so much better. Marlon (I believe he may be the location manager but if not he should be) is the best. Hes been respectful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and seems understanding of a renters life situations. New upper management has taken over and hopefully they will be as helpful and handle customer concerns as efficiently and effectively as Mrs. Avery who recently left. Those additional fees though are still ridiculous theres no changing that fact!

Clean and safe

Whats the point of having an access code to a storage facility when you can only access the building before 7pm Mon-Sat and not at all on Sundays, when most people have time off to go to move. Incredibly inconvenient in addition to the ridiculous late fees.

Parking is the worst, getting into the facility while others are there is a conflict. The staff is old and lazy so customer service is a struggle onsite. Not a recommended location.

They close at 4 on Saturday, not open on Sunday; dont people usually move on the weekend... Monday-Friday they close at 5:30, when people are just getting off work. SMH

I got a unit but wasn’t able to move in it, two days later I tried to get a refund and was told I’m not able to get one...I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Fees are extreme; riddled with rats; call center hild us more than 15 minutes and unable to handle issues that are immediate in nature

Late charged are more than monthly rental.
