We recently sold our home. Currently using another storage facilitywith 2 10x10 units. Spoke to Callie and she told me a 15x15 unit was available. Callie, provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to help her customers anyway she can help. The gentleman who works with her also goes above and beyond to assist the customer as well, both are very friendly and care about their customers. All Season Self Storage in Little River is simply the best, secured, and safest storage facility you will find and has climate control as well.

This is my second time storing with these folks, always exceed expectations. From move-in specials to customer service, an extremely easy initial rental process w low admin fees, cleanliness of facilities...I didn’t even have to bring my own lock!! The list goes on and on. They just make the whole ordeal (often a stressful one) an all around pleasant experience. With all the choices around town these days, I am very happy with mine!

I walked in and patiently waited while the man behind the counter talked to two women who were in front of me. He then looked at me and asked if he could help me with something. I stated that I was wondering if he had any outdoor units available and what was the largest one. He looked at a little book told me the size and then promptly told me that he was going to continue with these other women and turned back to them. He didn’t pay any further attention to me... He didn’t ask me to wait while he helped them, he didn’t ask me if I wanted to come back at another time... he literally pretended like I wasn’t there.I walked out the door and he didn’t even say goodbye or have a nice day.I wasn’t rude or impatient. I was just waiting my turn but he was clearly annoyed that I interrupted.We drove down the street to Prime Storage where we were treated kindly and signed a contract on 2 units.

The staff is very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our move-in date go smoothly. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I am especially happy with the climate controlled units. I highly recommend All Seasons Storage.

Great units, most are new or almost new. Climate controlled units are available for a decent price, but I opted for a regular non controlled unit. No problems at this location thus far. Grounds are kept clean and security is of upmost importance .

Even though we just dealt with a tropical storm and their internet was out and office was closed, they were driving around and grabbed us a dolly to make unloading our Uhaul easier! So far its been a great experience. Just make sure you are aware of the indoor storage doors that are only open like 8am-9pm since the gate might still be open to use.

Spotlessly clean facility. Although relatively new, it is well maintained by a caring and helpful staff. Our unit was in one of the climate controlled buildings. Climate control provided a quality atmosphere for our belongings mirroring that of our home. Safety and security were clearly evident. Bright interior hallway lights were motion-activated upon entry to our building. Grounds were also well lit at all times. Monitored cameras are strategically located throughout the exterior and interior. Multiple levels of coded entry is required. Locks were provided for the units garage-style doors. Storage unit included interior lights with a timer control switch. Convenient hours of availability to units even before and after office hours. Peaceful background music playing in our storage building. Reasonable rates. Extremely friendly staff. Kudos to Ashley.
