In and out in 20 min. It wasnt crowded. I had a complicated (for me) job. Very courteous. Ill be back

Arrived shortly before 5:50 and waited to be helped to ship a package. Waited on the social distance markers while two customers were being helped at the counter. After a bit the clerk shouted to ask if I was shipping the single box I had with me, then said I wouldn’t be helped because they close at 6 and that was in two minutes. She tried to be helpful by suggesting to come tomorrow at 9 am. I won’t be back at 9am. If you aren’t going to be open until 6pm, change your hours so customers can come when you’re actually open.

Victoria and her team at this location have been outstanding! They are very friendly and responsive. We have used them since 2015 for large perfect bound book and large scale print orders and they come through every time. It usually only takes a few days from final approval to picking up the order. Pricing is very competitive and quality is great, far outlasting other books that were ordered from a different vendor. We will certainly continue to do business with FedEx Kinkos in Wilmington.

Ridiculously Awesome Experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Its almost like they read my mind on a few of my questions. My Business Advertisements came out Fabulous and the Canvas Prints were superb. The line does grow relatively fast, but what do you expect? Its FedEx, they are popular, Get over it!

I appreciate Redd staying late to get my multi-piece job done. I will defiantly go back next time we are in town.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! The staff is ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes at the desk to be helped while two people tagged boxes. If one of them could have stopped to let me pay it would have made so much more sense. Instead they let a line of frustrated people stand at their counter.

Terrible customer service and long waits when theres literally 2 people on line

First time there I was I asked for help on the fax machine little to no help going back today to fax again let’s see if I even get greeted I do how to use the fax now thank god because the customer service is A joke.

Worst customer service ever. Not willing to assist with person in front of me or myself. Women working had an attitude with everyone.
