Had to send a international package, it never made it to its destination. Frank (owner) spent 3 months following up with the post office to recover the insurance funds and also returned the shipping fees. Frank is a good man and oversees a great business and puts the customer first.
Been a customer for many years and they used to be very good. Now I call and they hardly ever answer. When by some miracle they actually answer I end up on hold until they hang up.Finally got a response through email and they said they would forward my mail from my box....that was 2 weeks ago and they still have not sent it. Their complete lack of customer service is messing with my business! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE ANY MORE.
Never knew UPS was a franchise business model (my ignorance). This location is very good with good customer service. They can get very busy but they service you as soon as they can and ensure customer satisfaction. I use their printing & notary services too and have no complaints (only compliments). All in all a great store for your shipping/printing needs. Kudos!
Every time I call this location they do not answer the phone.
Dropped off an amazon return here a few months ago like Ive done many times before at other locations. The gent behind the counter scanned the QR code. He asked if Id like a receipt. I decline this as I really wanted to get out of the small store as the clueless customer next to me didnt know how to social distance nor wear a mask properly. Apparently, that was a dire mistake as my package never actually shipped. Not sure if the guy behind the counter deleted the scan and has a brand new hose (great hose btw, just too short for me).After Amazon charged me again for the product that was never returned, I called the store looking for a manager. I was told there wasnt one around but maybe that the person I was talking to could help me. He basically brushed everything off and blamed it on Amazon. I then went after Amazon, but since the packaged never said it was delivered to UPS I had no leg to stand on. I then called the store back and spoke to someone who said she was the owner. She went on about something involving mass crates that they throw Amazon returns into and that the return code I had from Amazon was useless (?). She did say that she would look into it and get back to me. That was a few weeks ago.Moral of the story? Take your darn receipt.
Ive been here at least twice now, both times I had no issues doing what I needed to Do. The staff are polite and quick to service your needs.
I went to this store first thing this morning to have a big print job and a couple of shipments done. Frank helped me accomplish my needs efficiently and pleasantly. I left there in a short time feeling relieved and very pleased with the service. Excellent customer service and I definitely will take all of my printing, shipping, etc. needs there!
Ordered online print store could not print it out waited 40 min to get print.

Family-owned franchisee, great customer service! Frank, the owner, is friendly and very helpful, as are the rest of his family/colleagues! This location can do inkjet photo prints, posters and banners, passport photos and document scanning in addition to package shipping. They have a small warehouse garage for mailbox customers with bulk goods receiving. It is also a dog-friendly retail location.
The store is just so busy that 9 times out of 10 when I go, I have to stand in line before being helped. Plus, due to the mountains of boxes, standing room is a real commodity. If I were to make any recommendation, it would be to get a bigger store, more employees and a few more registers. Its tough being so successful 😉

Had to return a battery that was shipped to me by UPS.They said they cant ship batteries.This desire to chase customers out the door rather than doing your job is like a virus, its infected so many of the local businesses. Somehow, businesses on the east coast have fallen into this mentality that the first priority is to find some way to not do business with customersYou win UPS store.

Great place to handle all your shipping needs. Staff is very hands on when it comes to shipment delays. The owner (Frank) will personally see you thru any issues related to your shipping needs (i.e. unlike other places that send you out the door with a (800) number). The owner Frank is a generous man. The policy for renting a mailbox there is a 3 month minimum rental. However, because I was only going to be in town for three weeks and needed a temporary mailbox, Frank agreed to make an exception for me.He mentioned that he also made an exception for a man who was throwing birthday parties for his son and needed a temporary mailbox for RSVPs to go.The process of obtaining a mailbox was quick and painless, even though the store was filled with customers. Ive never seen such a busy UPS store before, but their staff handled it great! Will definitely go there for all of my package and mailbox needs from now on.
