Came out and snapped some pics of my bike to give the paint formula to my paint/body guy. Didnt charge me, very quick and helpful. Bike came out great!

In my encounter, they(the 1 paint sales techperson I encountered) was not friendly or helpful towards an average person without a corporate account. I took my one-time boat paint project elsewhere. Hopefully, the attitude I encountered was just someone having a bad day, and hopefully other would be customers have not encountered that same attitude. Although I will add this, their product is good, people skills not so much!
