I work in customer service so I hate bad reviews. I would like to say the location is in a great location and is very nice store. I came in on a Sunday and there was no one in the store. The girl at the front was on her phone sitting at register. She took my order of one gallon of paint under my dads Sherwin Williams account. She was not very friendly at all and went back to texting on her phone after getting my order.. it was just a stale experience and kind of made me feel out of place.

This particular store match my interior wall paint 100%. I gave them a call and informed them I brought my house 6 years ago and I knew the shade I wanted was discontinued. The gentleman I spoke with knew exactly the shade I needed and was well knowledgeable with Steven Fine Homes. Got back to my house to paint and the color matched perfectly even doing little touch ups you couldnt tell where Ive done the touch ups

Fast service, helpful staff

Two days in a row the service was uninspired. Going through the motions. The paint at 30% off was still over $50 per gallon. It did not cover well and splattered everywhere. Have used SW paint for 15 years and doubt I will use it again.

Excellent service and willing to answer all questions and help a non painter

The people working there really know all about paint! Friendly, too. Every time I have been there, I felt important. Great, long lasting, paints. So many colors! Plus, they can match colors from other companies. Discount days are worth the trip.

We had such a positive experience from our initial interaction with a helpful and kind gentleman (I wish I caught his name!) to him recommending Seth S. After some initial hesitation, I am so glad I contacted Seth. He was professional, knowledgeable, gave great ideas and a true pleasure to work with. I’m not sure who is managing this store but well done on your employee choices and customer service!

Everything painting

I was so lucky to have walked into Sherwin Williams in Ogden when Seth, the designer for Sherwin WIlliams was there. He was the BEST! He helped me with all the colors in my house, gave me tons of advice and went above and beyond my expectations! He wanted to make sure I had a good painter and was all set for my new home. I would highly recommend going in and getting advice from him or hiring him to come to your house!

I called on the way there because my painters were at the house trying to finish a project. They got it ready very quickly. Had it waiting for me with a smile and helped me pick out trim paint too.

I purchased the Duration product and it is super to work with, no odor and it applies exceptionally well, one coat.

They have a Designer person that is GREAT WITH COLORS. Made me feel I had made some good initial decisions. He put the finishing touches which were perfect.

If you need paint advice, go there. If you want excellent customer service, go there. If you want to get the best products for your upcoming paint job, go there. I hardly ever write reviews but this store deserves a good one. Huge shout out to Wes who helped me tremendously to figure out my huge DIY kitchen painting job. He went above and beyond to get me the best results. Thank you!!!!
