I called to my local pharmacies in my area and no one could find the wegovy medication I needed. I contacted the pharmacy on ward boulevard and they had the dosage that I needed. I called the store a couple of times before going, because I stay in Wendell. They assured me on the phone that the prescription will be there when I arrived. When I arrived they immediately went and got the medication. They entered my discount card and I was on my way less than 10min. They were so polite and nice to me. Thank you guys for making my visit easy and quickly.

Double charged me for an order pickup. Had my bank statement online to show proof as well as the digital receipt but made me get a physical copy despite having the same exact information and it being their fault. I decided to appeal it with the bank instead since they’re more understanding and responsive to the 21st century. The manager was very dismissive as well. Will never come back to this Walgreens.

Treated like a drug addict 7yrs 2pain prescription refused to give it to me have toothache and infection told them to keep the pain pills need antibiotics sent to 24hrs across town have to wait till my daughter get off work 1am when they could have given me the antibiotics in the beginning instead I was lied to going elsewhere I dont get pain medicine 2 or 3 times a year TWICE in seven years dont that mean something thanks Walgreens no drug addict thanks for 24hr still leaving

The pharmacy is terrible, waited in the drive thru line for 15 mins just to get told to pull around, but they didn’t make the car infront pull around and they bring we’re there for 15 mins!! Poor customer service at your finest, wasn’t greeted or even thanked.

The manager on duty helped me find what I was looking for she was awesome,but the cashier at register on the way out was very rude I walked up to register nobody there so I set my stuff down she snapped at me told the woman standing way over to the side was still being waited on then while the woman had paid and was attempting to gather all her stuff the rude cashier shortly with a very negative attitude said give me your stuff I said no I had manners I wasnt going to reach around in front of the lady still trying to gather her things tried to put humor in the incident said my mother raised me to have manners the cashier snapped at me told me I have manners I told her I wasnt saying you didnt the cashier is the worst cashier I have ever encountered I will not shop there there is another Walgreens in town

The Pharmacy’s customer service should be rated with a partial star. They act like they are the only show in town. They are not.
