BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will not let you return or exchange items although they aren’t used but it says different on the receipt.

My wife bought a wig from here it was never opened and they refused to do a exchange. They say based on Covid but customer touch packages in the store all day. They just hate doing refunds and exchanges. We travel out of town to shop here. Never again !!!!!!you basically stole our money by not honoring what the receipt said. Crooks

This place has anything you want for Afro-Americans and Caucasians. Besides rows and rows of beauty products for hair, skin, and nails, they also have an incredible selection of earrings and many hats. If you walk out of this store without buying anything, you must be blind.

It has everything I need except for my tone of foundation. Im super light so its always hard. Super clean and friendly I loooooove this store.

Nice store and products, but owners try to take you for a few dollars. If for some reason you have a problem with a product they will not give you your money back. Only store credit, will fight you for it and even lie! Be careful shopping there. 😔 DAD..
