Waste of time.I called for an alignment based on a recommendation from the place that did my tires. I was given a fair price and a time for me to show up and get the work done. I asked if they needed any information from me and was told No, just be here at 1:00 (the next day) and well get you taken care of. I assumed this meant I had an appointment and, given the the other reviews, that they were a competent business capable of managing a schedule.When I arrived (on time) I was told by the man behind the counter who couldnt be bothered to put his personal speakerphone call, or his chicken wings, on hold, that they didnt have time for me. I told him that I had called the day before and was told to bring my truck in at 1:00. His reply oh thats why we dont make appointments. So I took time out of my day and off of work for nothing other than to write a review on Google and sit in bewilderment at why many local business cant understand why they are not frequented. I tried.

Ive been taking all my vehicles to this shop for alignment and never been disappointed, even when they find something else bad with the suspension they always let me know, in fact, the tires on my wifes van was bad and I couldnt tell by looking at them and they told me needed to be replaced and they were right.
