Made an appointment for Friday. Was told to wait for the parts and itll be a 4-5 hour job. Two days after the day Im told Im still waiting and Ive returned the rental. When I call up there the reception guy is way too nonchalant about leaving me in this bind. Hopefully the actual service is better than the customer care.

The team here is top notch. Keith and Robert are who I’ve interacted with the most. They always pick up the phone and they really take their time to provide the best appt times and details surrounding the work they are recommending or performing. I have never felt taken advantage of. They’ve saved the day for me on two different occasions over the years when I had flat tires, even though it was last minute or before closing. They could have turned me away but they made me feel like my car problems mattered to them. I trust them like family at this point and will go to the Wilson Firestone before anywhere else.

This used to be a good place to take your automobile have serviced it have tires put on in the last year it has become the worst place to have anything done the front end service is terrible and their service on your vehicle is absolutely horrifying I’ve had all plugged drain not tighten the lug nuts stripped off I’ve had Lugnuts cross threaded I’ve gotten my car back with grease spots on the seats in on the steering wheel and on the door

I always come in to get my vehicle serviced by these guys. We used to go to Goldsboro due to family working there but they do not adhere to anyone having an appointment. These guys get your car back and serviced within an hour every time. They do not oversell, are not pushy and Keith has always been courteous upfront. I plan to take my vehicle to them every single time as it is the best experience I have had with an auto store like this- and I am not easy to get along with. Thank you to all the employees here for consistently going above and beyond for your customers!!!!

Polite courteous and professional service

Employees are friendly, professional and helpful. They try to offer you the right tires for your vehicle at a price for your budget. They dont, in my opinion, try to over sell services and such. They do have limited seating in the customer waiting area and nothing about the design says customers with laptops are welcome. They do have free unsecured WiFi but no outlets for plugging in your devices so make sure you are charged up if you are waiting on your vehicle.

I have 3 vehicles for all the drivers in my family, and I take them all here. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. They do not upsell, and Ive never felt pressure to buy like that. They take the time to explain what is happening, what their recommendations are, and when it will be done. They always will explain or show me to make sure I understand what theyve found before ordering any service. They are a busy shop, so usually it is not a quick trip there, but that just shows me that many people trust them with their vehicles.

Excellent service. We had a flat and had to have our pickup truck towed to the Firestone Tire store and left overnight. We called in the morning, and they verified that they did have a tire to fit the truck. We had tried ourselves to lower the spare, but the instructions from Dodge were lacking. It turns out there was a specific attachment for lowering the spare that were not included in the instructions from Dodge. The technician knew of this tool and we did find it in the truck. We were able to get the spare down and installed, and we were back on our way.Id describe the service we received as efficient, friendly, and the genuinely cared about us and to see we had a good experience. Couldnt have asked for anything more! They made having a flat tire into a pleasant experience. Didnt even know that could happen!

Typical automotive industry scammers. While replacing a set of tires the store intentionally broke my air pressure sensor. I had informed the salesman that the valve stem head was cracked and leaked so needed replacing, which he said might mean I had a bad sensor. My cracked valve stem might just be a bad sensor. I declined having my sensor replaced. Naturally, when the vehicle was returned to me, lo and behold, the sensor no longer worked.

Keith is one of the most professional sales workers I have ever come across at Firestone. He really goes out of his way to ensure customers are getting exactly what they need at a great price.

Gentleman there looked under my hood & referred me to the Nissan dealership not far from there, I wish I couldve gone there except they were booked solid.

We had to have our truck towed in on a Sunday and we received excellent service. They had us back on the road and heading home very quickly. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Traveling from NJ to FL, serpentine belt broke off and seized the ac compressor. Met up with the Svc Mngr Keith who went above and beyond to let me know what the issue was and assisted me in buying the parts needed to take my vehicle to a competitor and get it fixed there. Only reason why my vehicle wasnt gettind fixed there was bcuz they did not have the AC guy working that day. That did not stop him from still providing exceptionally great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

Traveling from southern NC to VA we got a terrible non-patchable flat tire. No local tire shops open on Sundays, none of the Wal-Marts had our tire in stock; we saw that the Wilson, NC Firestone was on our route home - but nearly 150 miles away. We called and they had our tire in stock - held it for us as we arrived on a beaten donut spare barely 20 minutes before they closed for the day. They had us in and out the door before we could page through their magazines. No hassle or stress whatsoever - thanks for making a tough situation immeasurably more bearable - and we made it home no problem!

This Place doesnt deserve a one star! I went there just to do an oil change and they scratched up my steering wheel let alone they didnt put enough oil in my car. I will not come to this place again! If you go over there make sure you check your vehicle before you leave!
