I came in for a screen repair service. My phone was fixed right away. I waited about 20 minutes tops! I’m very pleased with the results and the customer service was awesome! Thanks 252 you guys are the best!!!

I went in expecting to spend $90 on a charger port replacement for my iPhone that I was quoted by another shop. Moe, the guy behind the counter inspected my phone and suggested that I let try and clean the port first. He cleaned the port and it worked as good as new, all for $10. I requested a new port when I walked in, he could have easily made extra money, but instead he was upfront and saved me cash. Thanks Moe.

Great service and quick! I went to Bulbs and Batterys Plus in Wilson and they charge $69.00 for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s and told me they couldnt replace it because they seen a slight bend in the phone! Told me to take it to Raleigh to the apple store and that they would give me a loaner phone while they fixed mine! So I Took it to 252 wireless and I was in and out in a matter of 15 mins and spent less that $45 and walked out with a new case for my phone! This will definitely be my new #1 spot to go to if I ever have any more problems with future phones! Thanks for the great service!

You get what you pay for. I had my IPhone 7 screen replaced, and my phone NEVER functioned probably again. My screen would flicker, screen wouldn’t register/press the wrong buttons. My touch screen sometimes just completely stops working and I’ll have to wait for my phone to die just so the phone can reset itself. Save your money. Take it to Apple.

They scam us,even through the guy took his time to flash over our phone from sprint, it still dident work...we Arrive 1pm.left at 9pm.....drove three hours to get there...Just saying if u guys knew all the features wouldnt work once we flash them...should of kept it real. ...u made 90.50 off two phones plus our gas and s6 and note 5 dont work...now more gas to get a refund from flashing ...already bought a new phone and new services.....mind u my S6 was brand new....just know honesty go along way and customers....SEE YAL THURSDAY ....

THANK YOU 252!!!I had to write this review, and this is a heart felt review. My aunt witch is 69 years old broke her phone she has service with Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. she went there on today and asked the guy in the store if he would be able to fix the crack in her phone. He told her the manufacture didnt make screens for her phone, and con her into buying another phone another line. He told her she couldnt get her same no. on her phone and now she had 2 phones and 2 no. So when I gotten off work she told me what happen, and was very upset she felt like she had been taken advantage of. So I took her back down to Herring Ave. to speak to the con artist in Boost Mobile. They did the same to me tried to give me the run around and told lies on top of lies. I left there and went to 252 Wireless. I spoke to the nicest gentlemen later to find out he was the owner Nagi. He apologize to me because the con artist at Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. tried to say the ppl. at 252 Wireless was his cousins (another lie). As I spoke to Nagi with his compassion and kidness I knew he wasnt related to these con-artist. I contact the DM of Boost Mobile and was directed to take my aunt back to the store to receive a full refund. In return we went back to 252 Wireless and Moe the other nice professional gentleman in 252 Wireless fixed her phone as well as a senior discount. Where did these MEN come from I grew up in Wilson and never knew these compassionate men. They have my business, and I will always reccomend his business to everyone.
