Very very good service. Valeria always takes care of me and makes sure to go the extra mile to help me.

My fiance and myself went there about purchasing a new phone . The female associate ( forgot her name despite having a name tag) who helped her was extremely polite and helpful .I will possibly be returning in the near future to do the same. Great atmosphere and great employee customer relations .Great Work

They never answer the phone (Never) and if they updated they phone number they should updated online. Please and thank you

METRO PCS SUCKS!!!! The Rocky Mount location by Walmart has nice staff but the others dont. The others have young employees that dont know anything about services, phones, plans, etc. And not to mention the SERVICE itself is HORRIBLE!!! EVERY month almost, we pay our phone bill & then within 5 days, our phone gets cut off saying that we owe a random amount between $2-10. The last time they said we owed $5 but couldnt tell us for what! So in other words, they cut ALL of our phones off (on a family plan) & wanting $5 more for NOTHING! The month before it was $7 & the month before that was $3. None of these times could they tell us where these amounts were coming from. So they ended up waiving it. Our bill is the same EVERY MONTH but yet every month they try to pull this crazy mess! Were switching back to Boost Mobile next month.

I bought a phone 8/6/16 from all cellular aka metro pcs authorized dealer in wilson. 2 hours after I puchased the phone I knew I would have to return it due to lack of coverage. On 8/13/16 I attempted to return the phone. Marquella wade the store manager saw that I have reset the phone and immediately said I could not return it because she could not see how many minutes where used. She called her manager and he immediately said no as well. When I left I called metro pcs customer service which pulled my usage right up and said I WAS eligible for return. Why wouldnt they provide a little customer service and verify this information? I will attempt to return the phone again on Sunday which will be one day beyond the return period, but I am out of town at the moment. I will update after. On a side note... Metro pcs corporate customer service is outstanding. They said for me to return to the store and have the manager call them to verify I was eligible to return the phone.

Do not shop here they have a nasty attitude and they will not give u your money back on a return policy as stated on your reciet there service sucks and there poor on there customer service I do not recommend this place of business all the staff should be fired for poor service and bad attitudes on the other hand cricket wireless is so much better than u will ever be metro needs to go out of business for your poor service and negative ass staff

There is CSR there that is very rude and argumentative with customers I felt sorry for her coworker because she had to do both their jobs I hope she gives it up soon because customer service is not for her very bad visit for the second time
