Highly recommend Caroline! She recently did my makeup and bridal party make up for my wedding and did a phenomenal job! Arrived on time, completed everyone in a timely manner and communicated well with everyone and their needs! I could not have asked for a better mua! She is truly talented.Thank you again Caroline!

Ear piercings and Eyebrows like a champ...

I would give no stars if I could!!! Worst customer service ever!!! My daughter went to get her eyebrows done and came out with what looks like a carpet burn that IS BLEEDING from the cream wax that was used on her and her eyebrows are 2 different lengths and thicknesses. I called to the store to see what was used on her and Sharron, who clames to be the owner, got defensive right off the bat. She said it wasnt a cut or burn but the skin was lifted and would go away in a couple of days and was caused by a reaction to the face wash my daughter used. My daughter used over the counter Neutrogena basic face wash. She doesnt have sensitive skin. Just an every day face wash. And when I said somthing about the difference in her eyebrows Sharron blamed it on the last place she had them done at over a month ago. The last time she had them done they made them to thin, NOT TO SHORT, so she decided to look for somewhere else to have them done. Well now she would rather have them to thin then different lengths and a wound on her eye lid. Sharron talked for 7 min. stright and wouldnt let me talk, just defended her actions the whole time. I dont even know If she apologized to my daughter because she was to busy being defensive about the wound on her eyelid trying not to take blame for what she did. Horrible customer service and horrible job on the way her eyebrows look!

Absolutely wonderful. The women that work there are so kind and warm. The only place I can go that doesnt leave my skin ripped and hurting. Im a customer for life.
