Everyone in the service department was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. The power steering pump on my 2016 Wrangler Rubicon was replaced in the time frame provided and for a great price. I will definitely be coming back for all future services and repairs for my vehicles.

On my way to work my Jeep started leaking oil and smoking. I called tons of dealerships in the Portland area to see if I could get in asap. Everyone was booked out a couple weeks, even this dealership. I spoke with a scheduler and she forwarded me to service. This dealership was the only one to call me back. After explaining my cars symptoms, Adam in service told me the usual cause of my situation and it was something I could fix myself. Sure enough, it was exactly what he said it would be. $11 later and and about 10 minutes of my time and the situation was fixed. I’m beyond grateful for his knowledge and generosity. He didn’t have to help me at all. Honestly, because of where I live, they’re too far for me to use if I were to have issues. But, if you live near here and need your car serviced, I would tell you you’re absolutely in good hands.
I made the mistake of taking a phone call at the same time I was putting DEF in my Ram 2500. Well, lets just say it didnt end well. Wilsonville Jeep Ram made my pain go away with the good advice of calling my insurance company and then fixing the issue and getting me on the road. Note to readers.... dont do this! DEF, goes in only one place! Youve been warned.
They went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back on the road so I could get back to California. I can’t thank you guys enough for being able to get it done all in the same day. If I could leave negative stars I would. I called the service department for over 2 weeks trying to get an appointment. No one seems to answer the phone or return voicemails. I finally got a call back and had an appointment only to receive a call at 4pm the night before that they needed to cancel my appointment because they over booked. I was able to get rescheduled the following week and was promised a rental car since I would not have a car for however long my car was at the shop and for the inconvenience of them rescheduling on such short notice. I once again got a call at 5:30PM for my appointment at 8am the next day to cancel my appointment due to them not coordinating a loaner car. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at any car dealership I have ever been to. They have no problem promising things they cannot follow through with or cancelling appointments with almost no notice. I still have not heard back about when they can reschedule my appointment or how they will make this right. Rafael was less than helpful and has no respect for anyone elses time. This dealership is a joke.
I had a great experience working with Wilsonville Jeep’s service department. They were on top of the ball with servicing my Jeep and kept me in the loop with my maintenance issues. They will definitely be seeing me again whenever I need my jeep to get serviced. I have had rough experiences at other service locations but Jeep Ram in Wilsonville is definitely a location I would recommend!

Super easy buying experience - went to look at one particular used car, Alex showed us the car right away and wasnt pushy at all. Super informative, the car was listed at a very competitive price, and they even found me a loan with a rate less than half of what my bank had offered. Would absolutely recommend these folks, especially for used, cars, and this is coming from someone who hates the car buying experience. In and out in less than 2 hours!

Excellent service. Fully checked my JGC after a lengthy off-road vacation. Fluids, filters - all checked, replaced, refilled. Friendly and professional. A bit of a wait but the waiting area is clean, well supplied with seating and work stations so I enjoyed some time for work.
My pickup Ram 3500 dually had some special issues but also needed regular oil and lube maintenance. Wilsonville Jeep Ram Service Staff did a great job and they finished the repair under the cost expected. This unit will not fit in any normal car wash but they surprised me with a clean up that I had not seen for a long time. Thank you very much.
Disappointing that after I made an appointment for a new key fob and an oil change on my 2018 Cherokee, I arrived and the oil service price was very high. I was told that this dealership only uses synthetic oil since most new cars only use this. The owners manual of my 3 year old Jeep says use conventional. Is Jeep turning its back on models just 3 years old? This place is enormous, plenty of room for thousands of barrels of conventional oil. I think we all know the why. Its little things like this that drive me away from dealerships for servicing my 2 Jeeps. Staff was very nice, but this just makes no sense at all to me.
This could not have been any easier. Jaret was amazing to work with. We did everything online. When we arrived in Wilsonville, all the paperwork was ready to sign. Our new Wranglers gas tank was full and it was ready to roll. I cant thank Jaret and rest of staff at Findley were a pleasure to work with. I had a service done in Jan 2021 that cost $4000+ to fix. I was patient, payed what I owed without complaining and went about my business. 6 Months later, Im returning my vehicle for service to find out they fixed my vehicle with a faulty part. The part I need to fix my car has been “on a shelf” for almost 2 business days and the repair time takes 2 hours and 30 minutes. My car has been there for A WEEK and I still have not received it. There is an authorization that is needed to fix the vehicle, and the company is playing phone tag with who needs to fix my car. This complete failure of communication and lack of urgency is costing me financially and putting a strain on what I need to get done.On top of all this, my appointment to see them at 8:30am took me to almost 1pm to see what the issue was on my vehicle.Meanwhile the lobby filled and emptied twicePart shipment - 4 daysLabor time to fix - less than 3 hoursPart on shelf at your shop - 2 business daysMy vehicle at your shop - 6 daysI am greatly disappointed, and as a customer feel like my time has been wasted.As a customer, I feel my lack of knowledge in the motor business has been taken advantage of.

My wife and I went to FINDLAY JEEP in Wilsonville today and wanted to test drive a keep rubicon. I had test driven a Jeep Wrangler 3 weeks ago at the same dealership and was not impressed but a friend recommended that I drive the rubicon. They had 2 used rubicons and I wanted to drive the 2019 blue one. I was asked if this was the car I wanted to buy and I said that I was not sure. The sales person said I could only drive it if I was going to buy it as they didn’t want to put unnecessary miles on the vehicle. I will never support this dealership and I live in Wilsonville not far away from their location. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Service dept. has friendly knowledgeable staff, but they really need someone dedicated to answering the phones in service. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone, phone rings many times and takes multiple calls to get an answer. Other than that, great department.

Sales seemed great - they even delivered my new van! However, I found some issues with the van and tried their service department - they promised me they’d get people right on it and… they didn’t. I wasted two whole days driving back and forth… then they said they needed more money from me for DMV fees over a month after purchase… what a mess. I’m not sure I’d do business with them again and I definitely won’t service any of my vehicles with them ever

Once agian months later been trying to get them to replace a part broken on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee that they broke during its first service it has been months later still waiting on the call been calling everyday and always get put on hold and then nothing everybody in this establishment is a joke not professional not punctual do not deliver service department and dealership is the worst experience with any dealership i ever had. Would not trust these people to install a license plate frame. Hey dealership manager give me a call if you read this.

They dont have a body shop located on the premises? We do have some really good body shops in Wilsonville and the surrounding area. Come to think about it, Had a couple different jobs calling on all the shops selling them all the goodies to make the cars looking good again.

I called several times today, to three different phone numbers (one listed on Google, one listed on Google Maps and one listed on their website). I called each number several times. Each time I called I got an error message. First few times it was, All circuits are busy now. Then I started getting a message saying, Please wait while we connect your call. Then it would wait for 5 seconds and say, Were sorry. Theres nobody available to help you right now. Goodbye. What the he||? Poor customer service.

Worst place to take your vehicle to get repaired. You go in and ask for one specific thing and they try to do other things you did not ask them to do. Then they try to charge you for something you did not ask for. Do not trust them. One star is too good for this company but it wouldnt let me do lower.

Findlay wanted to charge me $5800 to replace my injectors on my 2006 Ram because I had a engine light come on. This is after they diagnosed it and said I needed them replaced. I opted to get a second opinion with a diesel repair shop. That shop pulled the injectors and had them tested. All 6 tested good. One had a glitchy solenoid. The technician did find one of the injector tubes had a hairline crack. He suggested I replace all 6 injector tubes. I did and the truck runs perfect. Cost was just $1600. Now I’m not good at math but I know $1600 out of my pocket is better than $5800. I feel Findlay was just throwing my money at the issue and guessing why the problem was. Findlay’s service managers have horrible communication skills and takes them forever to return calls. The manager has my contact information and is welcome to contact me anytime. UPDATE: The General Manager, Tim Graves did contact me and we discussed my trucks problem and my issue with the service department. We both decided that reimbursement of 1/2 my repair bill with them would be agreeable. Im satisfied they reached out t make a wrong a right.
We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last year. There is no loyalty whatsoever. My sons Jeep Cherokee had a huge leak with water all over the floor, called and they said they were aware of the problem and to bring it in. He tells us it will be one day, when we drop it off, they say a week and offer a rental. My son walks around the car, and of course signs an agreement that the rental is in good condition. Return the rental car a week later and they claim that the rims are damaged and we have to pay over $900 to fix, literally the tire rims are scratched... So they have a problem with a brand new car we bought, it needs fixing, they offer us a rental, and then they make money off us with the rental return. A rental car will have general wear and tear, and there is no way of knowing if the scratches were there prior or not, but of course they say they werent. Spoke to manager Tim and he offered no help, no compromise, no nothing. Didnt give a care that we had already purchased two cars, or that the problem to be fixed was there fault. Just that we needed to pay for a scratch. Never buy from them again, no loyalty to customers, not a good way to do business at all!

I have taken our company trucks to other Dodge dealers in Oregon and Findlay is the best. They have a bigger receiving dock for all the vehicles. After taking my trucks to Findlay I now take all the company trucks to them. Adam our service guy is incredible. He remembers all my employees and does his best to get out out a quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, they tried to rake me over the coals. Not only did Chrysler rescind the offer they made me, at an insane 16% interest rate nonetheless, the dealer was also poised to scalp me on my trade too. Wanted to buy my wrangler Rubicon for 36k. I went to another dealership and they offered me 42.8k. Not looking good guys, not good at all.
Amazing dealership!! Jaret, Judd, Alex, etc. all of the employees are nice, kind, and know what they’re talking about. They’re always there for you when you need them! You can call/text them about anything and they’re always on top of it and respond quick. Great dealership in general. I’ve never been to a better one. My cousin bought a truck from them and so did I. I can’t stress enough how good this dealership is as well as there employees! 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go buy from them! Jaret is the guy I mainly worked with and he’s a SOLID representative. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely horrible. 10 minutes before showing up to this dealership, I reviewed the ad for the vehicle I was looking for. Took it on a test drive, found a couple things wrong with it. Told them about it. We sat and talked about paperwork and I said I was a little hesitant on the price. He then proceeds to tell me a price that is $2,500 higher than what the ad originally said before I got there. So in the time I got there until we sat and did paperwork, someone changed the price.He took it upon himself to go get it checked out by the service department. Very honorable thing to do. I simply asked him to give me a call and explain what they found out as I had a 2 hour drive home and it was getting late. He then turned his back, walked away, and didn’t say another word. That is terrible customer service.The vehicle had multiple dents, which were not shown in the “nothing hidden“ inspection video that he sent me. Back seats had holes in them from what appeared to be a previous smokers vehicle. None of this was shown.Changing the price while I was there, not showing any cosmetic issues, turning your back and walking away and not saying a word; what an embarrassment for this company.
Worst service I have received in a long time. The service department never gave me updates on my truck like they said they would. I called about 10 times before someone answered the phone. And above all, they couldn’t even diagnose what’s wrong with my steering. “Clearly have a sloppy steering wheel.” Poor communication, and poor quality service, do not recommend this waste of time.

Really poor service experience. Multiple people standing around and playing on their phones and too busy to take care of customers. Be careful on their pricing, one person quoted one price and another person quoted a higher amount, seemed kind of scammy. I am wary of their reviews because they look FAKE with reviewers with 2 reviews giving all 5 star.

I was very impressed with the service I received at Jeep of Wilsonville. Adam was my service manager and he communicated all issues with the process. I had a warranty claim and he took care of everything. The parts needed to fix my vehicle were on backorder but Adam worked with FCA and got the parts in pretty quick. When I got the car back everything reported as out of sorts was fixed, repaired, documented and communicated back to me. Thanks Adam and Wilsonville Jeep.

Contact Dan and tell him I referred you. ***** I spent over 30 hours researching cars online before heading to the lots where they were located for a test drive. So glad two of my top choices were here at Findlay. I live within 2 miles of NW Jeep, and had test driven a vehicle there. It was my first thought for Jeeps because I had purchased one from them years ago. I quickly learned NW Jeep was not where I wanted to shop again. ** The drive to Wilsonville was well worth it!! ** I went by myself the first time and test drove the vehicles, and explained what I was looking for and why. I was happy to learn from Dan that they price match, and the pricing offered on the vehicles I was interested in was far superior to and much more competitive than what Ford was offering (also checking out 3 types of Fords in the process). I figured I would need to go to Ron Tonkin in Milwaukie and Dick Hannah in Vancouver to make the final decision. Nope! Dan called me the next morning with the most competitive pricing, so I could make the best decision right there with Findlay. The following day, my son and I headed to Ford to test drive there and get their best pricing, but dollar for dollar, the value of the Jeeps far outweighed the Ford vehicles. I found this to be true in comparing Jeep Cherokees to Ford Edges or Explorers, as well as in comparing Jeep Patriots to Ford Escapes. While the Escapes had lots more high tech options, their best pricing was $10K more -- so the value of those options just wasnt there. Plus, the Jeeps are better looking and are more of a true SUV. I can say the same for the Cherokee vs the Edge -- Cherokee is LOADED with technology and $12K less. And lets face it - the Edge is ugly. When comparing the Cherokee to the Explorer, not only was the fully loaded Cherokee $20K less than the Explorer, it gets Much Better gas mileage, and is nicer overall, including the size. So back to Findlay we went. I finally opted to purchase the Jeep Patriot High Altitude for my son for College, and save my Jeep Cherokee Overland dream car for another year (or 5??!). The responsiveness, engine, nice features, and New Car pricing that was so discounted it would have been CRAZY to buy a used one, put it over the top as our #1 choice. Now as my son heads off to College I will be super happy he has a totally reliable, safe and fun car to drive. It is cost-effective, efficient, handles well, and I wouldnt go anywhere else but Findlay to buy a Jeep. In addition to Dan being incredibly helpful and following through in every way, the Finance Manager, Kristine, was Great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also liked the open environment so I never felt stuck in an office during the purchase. The only thing I cannot recommend here has nothing to do with the dealership -- the Jeep Extended Warranties are more than DOUBLE the price of the Ford Extended Warranties. Actually about 2.5 X the price. So I did not purchase that or any of the other add-ons they offered. Still, I strongly recommend you find Dan and tell him I sent you. *Update* after the horrible service and the horrible staff. Making my experience with the place so unpleasant. My airbag sensor is always going off at random times. Dodge had a recall on the front airbags so I had them do the work. The completely unprofessional staff ruined my airbag sensors. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!Worst experience!!!! I posted a comment not to long ago and it was taken down because they don’t like the truth. Well I am still extremely disappointed with this “business”!
This was a smooth buying experience from beginning to end. Jaret was great to work with. Friendly, and kept me informed the whole time. I didnt feel pressured once while being there. Jaret showed us lots of financing options which was great, they were also able to get us a very low interest rate. The truck I ended up purchasing was listed at a low price compared to other dealerships. Really liked that Jaret showed me all the features on the truck before I drove it off the lot too. Great buying experience all around, we will be back to look for my wifes vehicle next year.

First off Id like to appreciate Terry Bryan, Adam Denning & Raphael in the service department for being truthful and honest about my vehicles needs and what needs attention at the current situation and what I need to save up for down the road. Its the opposite of every dealership Ive experienced, they dont try to nickel and dime you, or try to sell more than what your vehicle needs, because at the end of the day... Ill come back and continue to service my vehicle. Theres also the dealership service heroes in the back that also need to be thanked, such as Danny, Kent, James, & Nick, without you my vehicle wouldnt be on the road today.
Wilsonville Jeep Service Dept ADAM got our 2019 GC Summit in right away and fixed the vibration than other tire places did not fix. Thank you Adam! Jim Dale

I’ve been taking my van to this place for several years. Schedule ahead if possible as they can get busy. Adam has always taken care of me. He’s thorough, direct and does a good job explaining everything and what to look for and preventative maintenance to take.
These folks did a nice job for me. They made buying my new Ram pickup very easy. I would suggest them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I had a great vehicle service experience this week with Jonah (service advisor). He took care of calling and confirming coverage on my service contract and finished the repairs and paperwork as scheduled. Everyone has really been helpful and Jonah exceeded my expectations! Will definitely return next time I need something done to our Grand Cherokee Summit or Ram 2500 diesel!
I would like to say my experience was great with the sells person Richard Lattman.. even though we have to wait a little while longer for a trade in he was on it ...and worked hard in my behalf to make it happen .. you can tell that Richard has a heart in wanting to help people ... when Im ready I will be reaching out to Richard again....
