My wife and I were interested in buying a Rav4 Hybrid but they are in such high demand that it looked like we wouldnt be able to get one. Fortunately, our salesperson Jessica wouldnt give up and found us one in a gorgeous red. She helped us fill out the paperwork and explained everything clearly. Jessica showed us that our monthly payments would be less if we leased the car rather than buy it. And we still have the option to buy it when the lease is up. Julio did a fantastic job of trying to make the purchase seamless and quick. Half the wait time of my previous dealership experience. Sales team did not pressure into options for which I did not want to pay. Price on vehicle went up $2,000 from the initial listing, but when I showed my inquiry email the sales manager agreed to honor it. Nice deal on a beautiful Toyota Camry!

Yesterday, October 29, I had an unfortunate run in with a “soccer ball” sized rock in the middle of the road. As there were cars behind me and coming towards me in the left hand lane, I could do nothing but run over it. As I have a Corolla, which is low to the ground, I anticipated damage. I was able to get to Wilsonville Toyota to have the damage assessed. I cannot say enough great things about Service Advisor Jessica Stanley. After contacting my insurance and securing a rental car (after inspection it was suggested I not drive my car), I called Enterprise only to learn they were closed until Monday. Jessica very generously set me up with a rental so I could get home. In today’s world her kindness means a lot to me. They went out of their way to help me and it is very much appreciated.
In my opinion, Augustin went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me separate my needs from my wants, and worked to provide my needs. He didn’t try to get me to succumb to my wants, which is easy to do. It was very important that I stay on budget and he honored that. He arranged a financing package that worked for me. I ended up with a great car that will serve me well for years to come.

Purchased a new, hard to find vehicle from the dealership - at a time when other dealers were charging market adjustments of thousands of dollars for the same vehicle, they were happy to sell at MSRP. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to do help me out to make the sale as painless as possible.Only two things detracted - the dealer installed options ordered with the vehicle werent put on prior to getting the vehicle, which means a few more trips back, and there were some mandatory options (protection film, etc) that were part of the deal. While I upgraded from the protection film (from a half hood to a full hood), I would have appreciated the choice versus having it mandatory. However, the mandatory options were stated prior to taking my money (I put down a deposit), so that was highly appreciated.

Editing response. I over-reacted...my apologies. Never heard from the service department as mentioned in your response, but I apologize for my frustration.Brought in car for oil change and brake pads. I had no other issues or warning lights on. When I got the car back the dash was changed to kilometers per hour and the airbag light was on. Of course, they wondered if I might allow them to diagnose the airbag light problem for $160, then fix.I suspected that they may have tripped the light accidentally when or around when they flicked my dashboard to kilometers per hour. The cause could have been more sinister, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway and I asked that they diagnose the airbag issue for free. They refused saying there wasnt any way it was their fault and my car is just old and things happen. Predatory. Im a woman and I should have known better. How else do you explain that the car became WORSE OFF when I left it in your care?

Just moved from VA, and visiting for the week. My last service on our 2021 Highlander was not that pleasant in VA and I hinted @ such with Norma. However, she restored my faith in customer service. She didnt rush anything with me, took time and listened to my concerns, and then delivered! We live in Salem, but I may consider making the trip North just for the service. Great customer service. Andrew Ross was very helpful and kept us informed about our RAV4 PRIME purchase, and the delivery estimate. I had the best experience with Israel at Wilsonville Toyota. The process of buying used and trading in was very smooth and hassle-free. I had been to a dealership earlier in the day and the salesperson did not listen to me and wasted 2 hours and left without a car, and then I went to Toyota and in 2 hours I had a new car, traded in my old car, and left with exactly what I was looking for. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
Took my Impreza in to have my abs, traction control and hill assist light looked at. They hady car for NINE hours to call me and tell me that there scanner was broken??Youre a dealership, your gonna try to tell me that there is only 1 scanner in your entire building?
If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought my car back April. In worked with Austin. The whole experience was a nightmare. While doing paperwork, Austin was nodding off to SLEEP. This happened throughout the process (about 2 hours). After having my car for no less than a week, I discovered numerous problems, none of which were pointed out to me. I had to go to the dealership 4-5 times because each time they either ordered the wrong part or didnt fix what I asked them to fix. Here we are 6 MONTHS later and I receive a call saying paper work was filed incorrectly and my financing company does not have my title.My family and I have purchased numerous vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota. I cant express the importance enough to shop elsewhere. They are truly do anything they can to sell you a vehicle kind of people. They are not worth the hassle and headache.

Placed a deposit on a vehicle in high demand. I waited about two months, and one day my phone blew up starting at 4pm when I was unavailable. They told me on a message late that evening that they were going to release it if I didn’t get in touch in 24 hours. They were closed and I called back both numbers they called from that same evening. I called back in morning and they had already released the car. Seriously broke trust. (Takes them days to refund the deposit - and I don’t even get any interest). I don’t want to do business with them after that.

This staff was very nice, but did not do what they said they would do and didnt tell me. One advertised benefit of buying a new Toyota is 2 years of care. I came in for my 10,000 mile oil change. The service man apologized for the wait, agreed to change the oil. After over an hour he came back - Your vehicle is done. Again very nice. I thanked him and went home.There was no oil change on the receipt! I called the service desk and they said since I had had the oil changed at 6000 miles and I only had 11,869 miles it didnt need an oil change! Our local auto service said your car will last longer with less problems if you change synthetic oil every 5-6000 miles, or every 6 months. I trust them, so that is what I do.Toyota makes this Big promise to service a vehicle for two years, constant phone calls to come in, but no service. I feel others should know before they buy a Toyota from Wilsonville.

Worked with Chris and he was an amazing straight forward and helpful salesman(: I honestly thought it would be a long stressful process buying a vehicle for the first time but it couldn’t have gone any smoother! Such a fast processes! I’ve now owned the car for 6 months and couldnt be anymore in love with it! I had a service done on my Toyota Corolla at their shop in 2016. It was $1200 in labor, a fair price for the service. I was very happy with the service as well. Fast forward to today and I ask for a quote for the same service. I come to find out they want $3000 to do the same service. I couldnt help but laugh. Have their prices gone up that much? Same hours in the book. Its a 1997 Corolla, and I would supply the parts. It was $3060 for service alone... 20 hours of service. I understand if you dont want the work, that is fine. I suggest any repairs needed on your Toyota, go someplace else. These people dont want the work.Edit* Got a nice call from the service manager, seems the quote I received was not correct, and was way over what it should be. This is the service I expected from Toyota. I will continue having my car service with Wilsonville Toyota, happy to know they still look out for their repeat customers.

Hidden fees. Careful of paint protection fee shown separate but they hide interior protection fee within another fee.. totalling 3600 worth of protective sprays or paints after I walked out I thought about if they are willing to do something like that I doubt they even install these so called protections. A bottle of Scotchgard costs about $10 and you guys are charging people over $1600...Sad thing was the car had just rolled off the truck onto the lot and didnt have any of your add-ons installed yet and you guys let me walk because you just have to charge these protection kits. What a waste of time driving over there

The moment we drove into the lot, I saw a new car that just got off the truck. I knew then that it was the car I wanted. To my advantage it was the trim level and color that I wanted as well. Best of all was that it only had two miles on it!!! Ray was helpful with all the paperwork, he answered any questions we had. He also made it possible for us to get the car when another buyer wanted it as well. As a bonus we were able to drive the car off the lot the same day. The manager Ellie was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. As we went to inspect the car before we took it home, we found the manager whipping all the windows and perfecting every small detail for us (even when it was raining outside)! She went above and beyond what was expected of her, I believe she leads by example, which makes her an incredible manager. She hooked us up with two Meadows season passes. We are so excited to go up to the mountain in our new Toyota RAV4!

Jessica was awesome! I went in to get an appraisal of my truck since I needed a vehicle that uses less gas! She showed me around and I couldnt find something in my price range that worked. Because of this she took me to the recently traded cars and I found a great car! They bumped it to the front of the line to get inspected, detailed, and all the works! I am going to pick it up monday and am so glad I went in when I did and that I was able to work with Jessica. She was always great at communication and made sure to keep me updated- I felt I was able to text her anytime and she would respond promptly. It definitely helped ease the anxiety with buying/trading a car!

I had a service scheduled which went well. Additionally, I needed a sensor replaced, which they fixed no problem. When I went to pick up my Toyota, they were unable to find my vehicle or verify if the work was complete. I told the employees, who were not originally the service provider, I was told my vehicle was ready and I could pick it up the following day. They told me the computer indicated it was not complete or that the work was complete. I had to go back the following day, which meant getting coordinating another ride. This took over an hour on each incident. The employees were apologetic, but my original service provider never followed up with me or confirmed I picked up my vehicle.
Chris Guidi is incredible. Gives honest feedback and does everything he possibly can to help. I actually bought two vehicles from him in the past few months. Austin Givens was also incredibly helpful and made everything easy while my two young kids were with us for the signing process. Boyce the general manager is an incredibly caring guy, as well as Evan in service . Wilsonville Toyota has 100% shown they care about their customers at every step of the way. I don’t think I’ll be needing a new vehicle in quite a while but when I do I’ll be doing business with them.

Okay, I’m providing an update to a recent experience I had with a super slow service department. The service was really slow and messed up my day; but, the Service Manager from Toyota Wilsonville called me, apologized, and even refunded my oil change. He seemed genuine and I appreciated him letting me vent. They took accountability and tried to make it right with what they could control after the fact. My advice, make sure you get a realistic time estimate and that you’re okay with that timing.

This is my second purchase from Wilsonville Toyota. While I didnt work with Jason Jenista when I bought my Tacoma he took the initiative in contacting me knowing I was looking for a specific 4Runner. He was polite and very comfortable to work with. Things moved quickly and easily and a week after our initial phone call I drove away in my new 4Runner. Definitely recommend!
