Wilson was the nicest friendliest and most professional staff member ever. Not only did they help me find the right kind of paint but they went above the normal assistant. I was blown away with this level of customer service, good vibe (lady before very rude), and knowledgeable. This is a well deserved review and I hope they get the recognition. Thank you again and my now white chair looks great!

Quick and easy. Not alot of help, but that was okay since we knew what we wanted.

We purchased paint for the exterior of our home on Monday July 6th. We were in and out with our order in 15 minutes. The store was clearly markedwith areas to stand to be 6 apart. There were other customers in the store and everybody was doing their parts with masks and staying the 6 apart.

I like the fact that the the staff can do more than one thing at a time and can really hussle to get the customers order processed and out the door.As a painting contractor its very much appreciated.The store manager Jackson and his wonderful staff, are always very friendly, knowledgeable with SW products, and customer focused. On rare occasion when something may be out of stock they offer to see if another store can transfer it to Sherwood, or offer to rush order it for you.I consider and recommend the Sherwim Wms in Sherwood as the top retail paint center in all of Portland. We visited the Wilsonville, Oregon store to match some colors from various rooms. Arron did a great job matching the colors!! He was also very professional and helpful! Hats off to Arron.

I had the worst customer experience Ive ever had and it was when dealing directly with the manager Shawn Roberts! There was an issue with the formula in the paint we ordered resulting in our grey paint being purple. This paint was for the exterior of our home so you can imagine how we felt when we realized our house was going to be purple. We went in the store to resolve this on July 4th the day our house was being painted. They had one nice kid who was unable to do anything about it because it was beyond his authority. He reached out to his manager Shawn who was less than thrilled to be bothered. After putting a bandaid on the situation he was unreachable by his employee because he didnt want to deal with the situation. This put his employee in the situation of making a decision he feared he would be disciplined or even fired for! When I spoke with him two days later he was unprofessional and rude at one point even saying it was disrespectful for us to have his employee call him. The issue is that we paid nearly $1,000 for the additional labor involved in repainting our house and he has approached it with an I dont care about you or your problem attitude. Ive since reached out to Shawns boss who will hopefully be resolving the issue. I would not recommend this Sherwin Williams location especially if you have a big project!
