I moved here from New Jersey with my wife about 6 months ago and needed to find a mechanic I could trust. We own a sports car and a daily driver and take both cars here. These guys are great. They’re friendly and won’t over charge you.

I needed tires for my RV while on a trip due to a blow out. Hamill obtained the tires and installed them before the time time they had estimated. A good price, and prompt, courteous and friendly service.

We are lucky to have this small business in our community. They have excellent customer service and fair honest pricing! I highly recommend.

This place is a no no. They are scam artist the service sucked it took over an hour to change a tire. then the guy tries to scam my wife. I have a tire sensor out instead of replacing the tire sensor he comes up with along story about how because one tire sensor doesnt work he would have to replace both on the same side and then use a special to reconnect the sensors to the proper placement. If that is the case he could replace the out sensor and then use the tool for proper placement why should I buy two sensors if I only need one?. Too top it all off he refused to do the service because I wouldnt purchase both sensors. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 Stars put one because I had to.

These guys are professional and very friendly. They take care of anything that needs service. The company has been family owned and survived since the 50s. This should tell the story in itself. I highly recommend this business and only use them over the dealership.

So rare to find an auto shop that you can post positive comments about, never mind rave reviews, but this would be that business. Convenient Tire and Automobile Service Center. Flexible and easy to work with.

I paid this company $185 for one tire installed. Service was friendly and fast, but they got me!I wish I had time to shop it, as they installed a Firehawk AS on my 2019 Buick Encore Sport Touring and Walmart has the same tire for over $40 less. It also didnt match the tires on my vehicle.The tires on my vehicle are Firestone Champion Fuel Fighters. They told me the model was discontinued, yet I found a new set of four for $465.61 delivered and a local dealer would install them for $100. I also found a single one I could have purchased for $117.61 DELIVERED! Firestone Complete Auto Care also had the tire available for less money.The screw in my tire was near the sidewall and couldnt be patched. I felt stuck and forced to buy a non-matching tire at this location. Even though they told me the tire was discontinued, they went on to tell me the closest one was in North or South Carolina. That it would take a few days to get and cost me more money. That was not a true statement.I emailed the owner, Peter Hamill, and he was not interested in assisting me with my concern. I even asked him for a great price on another Firestone Firehawk AS, so my rear tires would match. I was willing to spend MORE money at his store. However, he emailed me stating he was not interested in helping me in any way and felt he was being extorted.Firestone Complete Auto Care is installing a new Firestone Fire Hawk AS 215/55R18 for $132.59 total! Installed, tax, out the door! This way my rear tires math.Last week Hamill Tire ripped me off charging me $187.79 for the same thing.Next time, the spare will be put on and Ill complete my due diligence. I wont be returning here.

On 08-31-19 I took the advice of several friends and took my truck to Hamill Tire for new tires. Service writer Ryan listened to my requirements and immediately showed / provided me with three options. Approximately 1 hour later, the new tires were on the truck. No pressure, no up-selling, just an honest and friendly transaction. Additionally, when the truck was returned to me I was pleasantly surprised to see NO grease, grim or scuff marks on the steering wheel, shift knob, floor mats or door panels. Even better, the alloy wheels were not damaged, no scraps, no chips, no rash, amazing! As a result of this transaction, Hamill Tire has earned any and all of my future tire and alignment needs.

Stopped in due to a low air alert on my car. The attendant stopped what he was doing and quickly added air to low tire and proceeded to check the other 3 as well! No charge and he was happy to help me!

A friend recommended Hamill Tire to me many years ago and they have saved me thousands of dollars not only tires but also on service to all of my vehicles. They saved me a ton of money on all of my Corvette tires, and looked over a used SUV for me before I purchased it. I think they charge $35 or $45 for that and its worth every penny. They are also the most honest mechanics Ive ever dealt with... Ive had a couple of lights come on here and there and more often than not they have been a fluke because this SUV is pretty old, and the guys at Hamill didnt even charge me and sent me on my way. They are really good people and have access to any kind of tire you need. I wish I could give them more than five stars! My entire family and most of my friends go there now because they are just that good.

I have recently moved away, however, Hamill Tire was always my stop for any auto related needs that I could not attend to myself. My Honda Accord has been serviced by them for routine maintenance, purchase of tires, and general inspections. Straightforward crew, both mechanics and management. Will not beat around the bush with an answer, and the answer is honest. No up-sells, no lingo that is confusing, no misdirection, simple honest to good people who are there to assist the community and make a living. My partner had an issue with her Kia Soul, so we took it to Hamill. To save story, the very specific issue she had would be better serviced by another shop and Hamill Tire did not hesitate to write down the number and didnt even charge for the diagnosis. Highly recommend this shop.

He took the time to figure out exactly when I could get my tires in, and when I called back to confirm he told me a sister store had my tires in stock and he actually went to go get them! Hamill Tire has the most honest and trustworthy group of mechanics that I have ever experienced. They dont charge outrageous prices and will let you know if they cant fix a specific thing and will recommend a reputable shop for the job. Another thing they do over other mechanics is communicate constantly letting you know costs or how long the repair will take, as other shops require you to call in to check the status of your car. Definitely recommend this place.

I called up and asked for an appointment for two new tires and alignment and brakes pads all around. After waiting in the shop I was told I was done and went top pay the bill. On the bill there was no mention of the brakes. When I asked, they said it did not need brakes. I asked if they checked and they said yes. I mentioned the noises coming from the brakes and they said they checked and they are fine. Driving home I hear the problem again. I call up for another appointment, after ten minutes on hold they hang up. I call back and I am quoted a price of $165 to replace pads and turn the rotors. I am told to hold on while they schedule the appointment. I get disconnected after another 15 minutes on hold. the next day I call back and they say they have no appointments anymore. They then say, but do you need brakes? I ask what the notes say. I am informed that there are no notes on the brakes, that I never brought the car in for a brake inspection. When I question this, I am told .... We dont need your business. I guess that says it all.

The AAA approved shop was closed, so I had to quickly find a place that would change a flat tire. Google Maps to the rescue, and Im really lucky I was just down the block from Hamill. They were able to get me in, diagnose the problem and fix it in under an hour, even with 4-5 people ahead of me. Its a fair and honest place and an easy recommendation.

The best service and tire shop ever. They saved me over $500 on a complete set of 4 run-flat tires for my Corvette, which is considerable. They will also look over any used car before you buy it for either $20 or $30, cant remember which, and they do a great job. They also sold me a Corvette battery for $60 less than what Chevy charges. I love these guys. They are honest and do great work. I will never go anywhere else.

First went to Hamill Tire because of the great reviews and now will definitely go back because of the great experience I had with them! They literally saved me 1,600! Took my car to another tire place first for an alignment who told me I needed 1,600 worth of parts, struts, cambry kit, etc. Went to Hamill for second opinion, and needed nothing extra, just the alignment. Finally found a place I can trust!! Worth five stars!
