They worked on my cars for years they do a great job

Not impressed had vehicle towed to be fixed they looked at car said cant start motor needs replacement lol no it didnt it needed to be fixed which they were to lazy or incompetent to do either way go elsewhere

I’m all about supporting local businesses but sometimes you have to go out to be treated with respect. I went to Brooks Automotive to get my car inspected. The gentleman that helped me felt bothered. Not sure if he was having a bad day (it was 8:50am). Looked mad while checking my car. Honestly kinda made me very uncomfortable. Will take my car somewhere else next time.

Went there for an inspection sticker. They are open till 5. I showed up at 4:45. And i rushed to get there Only because I work the exact hours that this place is open. So I never have time to get there. So I left work early. Lost money leaving work early. Just to get there for 4:45 with enough time to get a sticker. And they said they couldnt do it. They said oh, so sorry I just shut my machine off. And i just gave out my last sticker. Yeah well youre open till 5 so turn the machine back on then. And what? You ran out of stickers? Very disappointed with this place. Pretty ridiculous when they do other things very well but not this time. Extremely unhappy.

Theyre friendly ill give them that but I wont be returning there, theyre overpriced compared to other local mechanics. took my car to get a rattle from the serpentine belt area checked they end up keeping my car all weekend without letting me know it was fix before they closed. the rattling still continued, they changed the tension pulley but didnt bother with the idler pulley. thus why it was still making the noise. after getting it looked at by another mechanic he couldnt believe they didnt change out the idler pulley. anyways ill take my loses and continue on to another shop
