I’ve been bringing my 2008 Chevy Impala there for a year or so and I’ve always had good experiences with Ed. He does good work and he shots straight. One of the few reliable mechanics in the Winchendon area.

I called today 1/17/2020 mid day inquiring about rear brake line replacement on one side. Unfortunately I blew one line the other day and it’s never a good time for that nonsense. Anyway after coordinating transportation 2 hours after my initial inquiry they were still able to replace my line & actually did the other rear line for the price I was quoted over the phone for the 1 line. Thankfully nothing else unexpected which on a 2003 Chevy suburban that’s insanely rusty it’s RARE to not have unexpected issues. But I love my old beast and it’s “quirks”. I will definitely be a repeat customer and considering the age of my vehicle cars like mine are their bread & butter! I might not have been a big $ priority today but they earned my business the next time I need a repair!

Very nice man that owns it very honest told me I didnt need brakes where 3 other garages I went to said brakes need to be changed and when Eddie checked my brakes he said they were fine for awhile this won my confidence and business keep up the good work
