This placed is a rip off I purchase a Ford Edge from them okay and bringing two customers with me so they could do business and they sold my nephew a lemon car the place is known as Ford Why do they buy a Hundai Tucson 2018 with 33,000 thousand from an auction when there specialize Mechanic doesn’t know how to work on those type of car at 36000 thousand the check engine light came on and it was flickering we took it in they fix the Cam Shaft Sensor and to have the best Mechanic they could even talk to us and let us know it was a quart of oil on it and did not advice us to do an oil change or at least for been so intelligent top it because you knew this was going to bring problems. They just wanted to still our money this morning lace I will not recommend to any of my friends or family they don’t have people skills or personality Specially the Manager Name Brandon he is the worst of all I will not recommend no one that I know to do business with them but I know I have a God that fights for me and he will fight with me until the end.

I had to get two recalled air bags replaced. On top of that, I needed my horn fixed. I knew it was gonna be at least 3 to 4 hours of a wait. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and exchanged conversation with me. They even offered snacks! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your FORD needs. Im completely satisfied and happy with them and will bring my car there for ANY repairs!!! Also, they did not charge me to fix the horn!!

Lied to get us to the dealership which is so annoying. Their website showed a Maverick avaliable so we called and asked if we could put a deposit on it. The guy said no its at a show for the weekend so no one can buy it until Monday morning 9am. Drive an hour to get there for 9am and it was sold. Then they said, oh you can order one. Yeah we can order one from the dealership 10 mins from our house. They just lied to get us in. Just be honest, dont be dirtbags and waste our time.

This place is a total ripoff! their vehicles are priced $4000 - $8000 over nearly identical trucks from other dealers in a 40 miles radius. Ive been researching trucks for months now- ready to buy, and every vehicle at Mathieu is way WAY over priced compared to the industry standard. I wrote them off my list even though theyre only 4 miles from my house!

Brian and Alvin where absolutely terrible to work with said I was approved for a loan then had me go register and insure the vehicle just to come back the next day and be told that the bank pulled back on the loan.now I’m out 400$ registration and insurance and was told to bring them the plates and they will pay me back witch is a lie I was told by the nh dmv it is illegal to give plates to anyone that does not own them all around shady people will be contacting the attorney general of Massachusetts and contacting a lawyer as to The fact it all started to get really shady if I could give a 0 I would pls don’t do any buissnes with them you will get screwed

Top notch place with great people. I was having trouble with emission ready sensors to get an inspection sticker. Other dealers were not helpful and just kept saying drive it. It needs more miles to be ready. These guys listen to me and understood this truck needed help to get it ready. More miles were not going to get it ready and they worked tirelessly until my truck computer and sensors were correct. I now have a sticker and continue to be a ford owner because of a dealership like this. Many thanks to Zach and Pat for their endless efforts to get me and my truck to where we needed to be. Needed to bring my truck in for recall repairs. I was given an appointment within 1 week of my call. I was told that due to part shortage they were only able to repair one recall issue & were ordering parts for the second. I have never had any problems with Mathieu Ford in the past and trust them to get the part and schedule me in to complete the Ford Recall issues.

Sean and Randy in the sales team are awesome! They will be part of your team even years after you buy your car, answering questions and helping with any car issues. I will most likely not bring my car there to be fixed or worked on again. I had a really bad experience bringing my car to get an oil change there a few months ago. The mechanics seem to think that women have no place there. However, I will buy a car from them again if the inventory is right at the time just because of Sean and Randy.

Mathieu Ford has amazing staff. Zack in service is always so helpful and nice. I won’t ever go to another ford again because they are always on top of things and get things done. They explain things to you when you don’t understand what’s going on. I just feel like they all deserve a shout out! Thank you for all your hard work.

I really dislike having to post a “bad” review on places but this place takes the cake for bad experiences. I have been casually shopping for a vehicle for a few weeks now. I am in no rush to jump into anything quickly and wanted to try the Ford’a lineup of vehicles. I received a price quote from a different Ford dealer, however their stock was limited. After searching I found that Mathieu Ford had the vehicle I was looking for in the color I wanted and package (as well as other options on site) now if your not familiar with car shopping, dealers charge fees to bring different vehicles as a swap into their inventory. I called up Mathieu to make an appointment to see the vehicle in person and told them I was specifically price shopping as a dealer offered me a specific price. I arrive at the scheduled time and the guy who I was talking to, informed me right away that the car I drove all be way there for was sold (after insisting he already told me this, to which he did not) He went out into the lot looking for another one and “found” the vehicle I was asking for. We proceed to talk numbers and he disappears into his managers office and comes back with a hand written quote in black marker. I proceed to tell him I’ve already been quoted by a different dealer at a much better price, and proceed to show him. He acts confused and disappears into his managers office with this new information. This is where the experience went from bad to worse. He came back out informing me his manager was “pissed off” that the other dealer was illegally quoting me things they should not have been and that they could report this dealer to Ford. I offer to provide the quote and he quickly brushes it off. Amongst using swears in front of a customer (I swear but it’s very unprofessional) and his manager getting angry that I’m price shopping. I ask for a printed quote to which they tell me “I can’t give you a quote because you’ll take it to the other dealer and we’ll start a pissing war”. I decide our business is done as end the conversation and as I’m leaving he says “if you decide to do business with a dealership that isn’t playing games, give us a call” end of conversation. This place was unprofessional in the way they do business and I decided to not call. However, Mathieu Ford has now begun to harass me and call me once daily asking me to “pick up and tell us you bought a car or I’m going to keep calling”I finally called to ask them to leave me alone.I will not be back and I chose to not go with Ford at all.

Great customer service, everything was explained to me with respect. The problems I did have were taken care of & were not as bad as I thought... I will come back for the service of my SUV, I will never go back to the dealership I bought it from...

Bought a 2015 explorer about 3 years ago. But a bumper to bumper warrenty with this car. Catalytic converter went on this car only had 60,000 on it. They said it wasnt covered. Which I dont get when we got a bumper to bumper warrenty. So it has a few recalls and one was on the exhaust. You would think they would check the catalytic while doing that recall but they charged us 75 diagnostic fee. My door handle also broke and my deductible is 100 so it would of been 175 to fix the door handle and look at the catalytic. Very displeased about this.

A few years ago this ford dealership sold me an $800 or $900 flywheel that was not needed and also billed a few hundred dollars for fuel filter housing for a fuel leak when a cheap o ring kit was all that was installed. I ended up calling them out on the filter housing and got my money back for that, but I think this is reason enough to hold a grudge.

Dealt with Bill and sorry to say I do not remember the girls name. Brought a 2002 Ford Winstar in for a recall safety notice. Was dealt with speed, professionalism and courteously. Would recommend to anyone in my family without question.

I bought a truck with just over 30k miles. They supposedly do a safety check but this truck did not even pass inspection. I brought it back so they could replace all brakes and rotors (nice safety inspection they do) They used cheap parts instead of Ford parts so it had to go back and have them redone since the new brakes would not stop squeaking.i also needed the sound system fixed since the speakers were bad. They replaced a single speaker, I drove away and called them and said the system still sounds horrible and they need to replace the other speaker. I brought it back a week later and they said yep it needs replaced and we will order one So they had a week to know this and didnt bother to order one? Ok fine so I bring it back again (love being later for work since they work bankers hours in their incompetent service department) So I go back in and wait an hour to be told oops we ordered the wrong speaker, reschedule and come backSo that was final straw and I took it to Roundtree Ford in Swanzey and had them do it. Which was done right on the first try. Ill be sure to take my business there from now on.Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle.
