I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience here at Peak Kia North. Working with James, I was able to get the Kia Carnival for my family and I. As a buyer from Wyoming, it can be challenging to get make a car purchase, since they almost always have to be done out of state – however it’s not productive to simply drive there and hope a deal works out. Therefore, a lot of the matter must be handled via phone prior to making the 4 -5-hour trudge down to Colorado. This is where Peak Kia North shined. James was a phenomenal gentleman to work with and he made the entire buying process painless, and quick. Two things you would never think possible when working with a car dealer.Everyone at the facility was incredibly professional, and everything was as expected. There were no “gotcha’s” or “surprises”. They were exactly as they said it to be. There is so much value being able to have everything as expected. After a series of bad experiences with the service department of a different Kia dealer, I recently scheduled a service appointment with Peak Kia North. When I arrived for the appointment, they told me that they had me on the schedule for a different day. After thinking it over for a minute, I realized that they were right. I was mixed up about the actual date of the appointment and it was almost certainly my fault. Then they offered to squeeze me in that day anyway which was super-nice of them. They completed the work on my car earlier than promised and for a cheaper price. This is the right way to create a positive customer service experience.In addition to the superb customer service, the facility was roomy and very clean. The waiting room was comfortable and the free coffee was much appreciated. My first impression is that this is a professional and well-run organization from top to bottom. I will be bringing my car here for service from now on.

Kerry didn’t hassle or push us at all. He has organized, highlighted paperwork where to sign, was very clear at communicating, and instant to reply to questions. He just methodically and patiently guided us through the steps. Couldn’t ask for better.. Kerry helped us understand the confusing packages and what was actually important to us. He sent updates and pics to keep everything clear.. Finance was fast, honest, and no sneaky switcheroos. They quoted me 1.9%, the paperwork showed up and we signed it and that was it..

FYI, many new vehicles dont have a plaque on them for front license plates. I moved from a state that doesnt require front license plates to one that does and my car didnt have any way to attach it. I talked to the Daniel in the parts department and he said to come in and they could help!I was pleasantly greeted at the door and shown to the parts department where Noah took less than five minutes to drill holes in my car and install the license plate for me. So fast and helpful! Im new to the area but will definitely come back for my service needs.

Kerry was fantastic! We were referred over by some friends and he was able to get us exactly what we wanted without any hassle. Just a great guy. Such an easy process and we absolutely love our new telluride! 10/10!. All we had to do was let Kerry know what we wanted and he found exactly what we wanted! The service person was very helpful Im disabled I need to use a walker and and the service tech made made sure that I understood what was going to happen told me the amount of time I was going to have to wait and open the door for me to get into the building with my walker. The the service tech was correct on the amount of time it would take and again helped me to get back out to my vehicle and again gave me some useful information and I feel like the service at Peak Kia North is excellent!

Our AC stopped working (covered by warranty) and they cant get us in to fix it for a month. Then dont have any rentals available and just want me to drive my babies in my car with no AC in 100+ degree weather.They act like theyll take good care of you up until you make the purchase.The service center people have always been nice and taken care of us. This is a management and ownership problem.

The overall performance and price from Peak Kia was outstanding, from the GM to the person who helped us at the parts department! Hunter, or sales rep, did a great job at being responsive to our needs. When purchasing the vehicle, we were offered an extended warranty. The rep was very convincing and pleasant, but in the end, we declined.When we were purchasing all-weather floor mats and cross-beams for a rooftop rack, the person who helped us had some difficulty ringing us up, but he was so kind and helpful that we didnt mind at all. After Hunter left to check on our financing, the clerk was telling us how great Hunter is. But then at one point, we overheard Hunter berating the clerk in the back when he went to get our parts. It was completely uncalled for and certainly something we shouldnt have heard. Both of us are retired veterans, and we learned a long time ago, you work for the people who work for you. If you do, your career will take care of itself. Were it not for that, we would have given a 5-star review.

My wife and I financed a vehicle here that we are very happy with. The one reason I gave them only 4 out of the 5 stars is due to a bit of human error that did cause us 24 hours of frustration and even aggravation. We test drove a specific trim of the vehicle we wanted, but after deciding to pull the trigger, we did want a different color. After pointing out the vehicle with the trim and color we wanted, we started the paperwork. We were originally being helped by a new salesperson who was receiving help by a more seasoned salesperson. In this process the two of them had a miscommunication in the vehicle we wanted. We ended up completing all the paperwork for the wrong vehicle. Right color, wrong trim. After pointing this out to them, they had me return the next day to do a swap and redo the paperwork. The payment was then higher than I had originally planned on. (Due to the trim I wanted being nicer) That 24 hours and then higher payment, which wouldnt have been a big deal had I expected it from the beginning, was, to say the least, stressful. But the staff themselves were lovely people. They were genuinely sorry and helpful, attentive people. I understand it was something that could happen too anyone, but was stressful nonetheless.

BUYER BEWARE. LENDERS BEWARE The only thing this place cares about is selling cars. They do not care about the customers. My daughter purchased her very first car from them and they did the financing for her. The car she had previously was an old family vehicle so she only had liability insurance. The lender she went with required full coverage and had Kia fill out a form saying she needed it and that it was verified with her insurance company. Kia finance people completed the form and signed it and had her sign it but they never once called to verify the type of insurance she had. She of course didn’t know anything about this because this was her first car purchase and she’s only 20. They told her she had ten days to call her insurance company. She left the dealership and within 5 hours was almost killed in a collision on I-25 when two Elk were crossing the freeway. Her car was totaled. After this we find out that she didn’t have the full coverage so insurance won’t cover it. When I confronted Kia about this they have ignored me at every attempt. So now the lender does not have a vehicle as collateral on her loan and she is in debt for a car she can’t drive. Shame on you Kia. You took advantage of a young girl and you won’t even attempt to make it right. All you had to do was verify the insurance that day which is what the lender requires but you couldn’t be bothered to do that. I know you have insurance on these cars for a little while after but your are refusing to help her. I will never buy a car from this company again. If this is how your customers get treated then you should be run out of business.

Dont go there to look at cars based upon their website. It may say that they have 26 Tellurides in stock, but they actually have ZERO and they will not open up ones that are sold to look inside them. If you actually want to sit in a vehicle you have to place a deposit, order one, and wait for it to come in. Ive bought six new Kias from Peak since September 8, 2001 when they were on South Broadway in Englewood. Im not going back.

Kerry was patient, knowledgeable, fair, and didnt pressure into buying. He provided a very different car buying experience in a good way.. We went in with the mindset of getting a K5 or Optima. Kerry helped us decide not to get a K5. When we made some comments about fit and like sitting higher up, he pointed us to the Seltos which was in the same price range as K5 but fit was much better both physically and for our lifestyle. So thankful for his patience and knowledge. The whole experience was great. Everyone at Peak Kia was friendly and helpful. I never even saw the sales manager once. This is a good thing. Met all our needs and made sure everything was in order and to the way we would like it. Ended up leaving happily with the car under the terms we wanted and everything went smoothly. My husband and I were in on 12/8 i 2020, a Tuesday, last week, test drove Kia Seltos, were super excited to get one, Sales person Hunter D. Was Nice..but said he would call Thursday to help us get one..No Call..No follow up, We went to Fort Collins KIA and bought a 2021 Seltos SX turbo on Saturday.Peak KIA north lost our business 😒( after years of bringing my sorrento there)Highly recommend Ft Collins KIA, salesman Rocky D., we got a great deal!.Also we were told at Peak, that the tutone Dark Ocean Blue and black SX would take months to get???, Ft Collins KIA is getting 2 delivered Dec. 23rd...HOWEVER we bought and drove home a silver one, with only 12 miles on it!!
