The store is clean and organized, The staff is friendly and quick, even help me to load the heavy chair to my car. If you need professional help regarding office equipment, computer, and electronic gadget, this is a great place to get your service and goods. However, the price is not really competitive enough considering there is Wal-Mart right on the side. So, depend on what you are looking for, you may or may not get the best deal.

This Office Depot was clean and well stocked. The employees were very curtious and helpful, we were asked by all of the associates we seen if we needed any help. Prices arent too expensive but they are a little more than say Wal-Mart or Costco. But they have a way bigger selection of office stuff.

The staff was in the building 45 minutes prior to opening. We checked the opening time the previous day and it said 8 am. I was making a presentation at 9 am and need my graphics printed. However, on this day, they opened at 9 am. I called and asked them if they could print my handouts before 9 am. They wouldnt help. Then I asked if they could at least turn on their printers ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait for that. They refused. The process of making copies took over 30 minutes and was quite expensive. If you are in a pinch, this place will work. However, I would shop for another place that might have better customer service.

It has everything you could want at an office Depot. they even have some nice clearance items like some $9.99 wireless Bluetooth headphones so always look up at the counter for the clearance items

3 stars for convenience but its always understaffed and usually a wait. Nice staff, once theyre available. Maybe have more people on the floor and in the print center.

Quality school supplies for a slightly expensive price. I would print elsewhere but for the most part they always have the supplies that I need and that would be best for making the most of the school year.

If I could do zero stars I would. We came in to print posters for our school production, and the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful, and was unclear for the price. He told us that it would be $35 for all seven prints. After we rang up and saw that the final price turned out to be $300 we had them stop printing immediately. He then told us that there were cheaper options we could have taken, of course this was AFTER we had started printing. We decided to not continue with our order, and were then forced to pay $100 for the three prints that were already done. We also were not provided a school discount for the prints for our LOCAL SCHOOL production. We then decided to go to Walmart, which was only about $40 for four high quality prints. I highly recommend to go to Walmart for better quality and service.

If u should feel the need to ask how much somthing is then complain about the price you clearly shouldnt be living in sonoma county. I love the depot and their prices

Went to make print there was a rude young lady with glasses she just threw me a card and told me to email her the photo I wanted to be printed I ask for help she just patented not to list to me and went back to her phone I will recomend just to go to Walmart instead of going her if go to staple
