Super sweet and helpful clerk. I came here to just buy a book of stamps. No longer do I have to wait in line at the post office to get the cute selection of custom postage stamps. I didnt realize the UPS Store has a bunch! And theres typically no long lines. Plus theres a bunch of other services like mailing, Amazon drop offs, printing, packaging supplies and more.

Who knew the UPS store will return your ATT modem? I called first, and Sharie informed me I only need the account number, they supply the box. I did not get there until 5:50. I was carrying my dog who just had surgery, and was welcomed, despite the late hour, and dog. They close at 6pm.Sharie handled the return quickly, and was really personable. Another person entered the store at 5:55, and was also warmly welcomed. I have used their notary services in the past, and the service is always prompt, and pleasant. They have a cute display of cards, and have other office type impulse purchases available, as well.

Amazon return dropped off September 1 2020. Checked 1 1/2 weeks later to find out my package was never delivered back to Amazon for my refund to be issued and had to call Amazon to settle. Called this UPS store back to find my package. It was placed inside a box with other returns for Amazon. Amazon does not know why they would do this. You cant track packages that are placed in a box with other packages! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

They are SO Professional, and Courteous! Upon entering the Location, expect a WARM Greeting! They are the PERFECT example of what it means to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service! The employees in this UPS store know the true meaning of customer service. I have had some rather different needs for shipping odd size items and they never blink an eye. The service is outstanding!! Employees are always very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

Decent enough UPS Store but the kid with the red hair needs some customer service training and a slight attitude adjustment.

I recently email an print order for 80 b&w copies. The bill was $8.00 for the copies and a $7.00 service charge for opening the email ($2) and sending the file to the printer ($5). That is an 88% up charge. I use to own a UPS store, and raping our customers with service charges was not the standard policy. I wonder what they charge if you call them about shipping...you might need a load to do business with this store.

Melissa their store manager lacks the expertise of handling calls and safe guarding packages. Rick the owner, is very irresponsible owner failures to return calls when trouble arises. I refused a package and returned to the store for processing back to shipper. This 81 pound package was lost with no tracking providing or any security. This is a store you should avoid at all cost. It an issue arises, you can expect excuses and no proactiveness from anyone there. Shop at your own risk.

Staff is very efficient but this place is a major rip off. I went in, I emailed them a document I needed to have faxed it was a four page document. The bill was $15. I asked why was it so much, $1.50 per page to fax, $.15 a page to print. And then two dollars for a computer charge I explained I did not use their computer but she explained I did because I emailed them the document so that was using their computer. Seriously!! 😠 I felt like I was a nickel and dime to beyond believe.And to top it off for as much as they charge they dont even provide Wi-Fi for you to do this I had to go and use someone elses Wi-Fi to email them the document when I had my computer with me crazy !!!!!

They were very helpful with helping me get something printed.

I was staying at a local hotel in this Small town. Spent the weekend enjoying the food amd wine tasting which was Among the Many events occurring that weekend.We left Windsor relaxed and happy to have talen a break from the daily grind of working long hours even weekends. Once we got home I realized my electric toothbrush was missing. I accidentally forgot my sonic toothbrush at the hotel.I promptly called the front desk, left them a message and immediately the next day I was informed that they have my item amd will immediately ship it back to me .Windsor UPS personally contactede smd explaianed the process of getting my property back. Upon gathering my information, the. Next step was smooth as trouble free. Shortly after in 2 days my toothbrush was delivered . The item was fully intact . Well packaged and you can tell it was done with care.Thank you to Windsor UPS for making us feel important . You treated my situation with dignity smd respect . I applaud you amd your family .
