I am delighted with this shop. I brought in my car after being told by another repair shop that it needed shocks/struts/a slew of other repairs to fix the tire noise (instead of the tire rotation I requested)...lo and behold, Eric at Ace let me know my shocks and struts are fine - but the alignment needed adjusting and the tires should be rotated. He was clear that I may still have noisy tires but they don’t need replacement - I appreciate his honesty. Saved me a boatload of unnecessary repair costs. I will definitely return!!

Eric was incredibly helpful and kind the two times I brought my car in. Any (and every) question I had was answered. He personally brought me into the shop, showed me the failed parts, why they failed and went as far as to cut open the failed part to show me the exact point of fault. I could not recommend them enough to anyone in Winona. I had a rather large task at hand and they solved it for a very fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to everyone at ace auto!

Very pleased with Ace Auto..! Our son attends Winona State and had a problem with his Jeep not starting. Ace Auto towed in the Jeep and had it fixed the next day. Pricing wast extremely fair and you can understand our apprehension as we are from Illinois and had no prior relationship with them. They immediately made us aware that it might be several days before they could look at it with their current work load, but to our pleasant surprise they were able to squeeze us in and have the job wrapped up in 24 hours..!

Younger dude working the counter made me leave after i asked to stay in the lobby. i didn’t have anywhere else to go so i walked around in 100°+ weather for 2 hours and almost passed out from dehydration. when i came back they hadn’t even touched my car yet.

I own several Hunter Seats and they are comfortable, portable and safe! I also use them for still hunting and posting on deer drives. Highly recommended for those who are not comfortable climbing into tree stands.

Always super friendly service. Being a woman going to get your car fixed always ends up being alot of extra costs to try to get more money out of you, and Ive never had this experience at ace.
