I decided to visit Bill Angst as other google reviews seemed to think highly of this establishment to inquire about a peculiar rattling/scraping sound from underneath my hood. As soon as I walked in a man named Dave seemed to not take me seriously and was not very friendly or seeming willing to help me out. When I brought my car to the front for him to have a listen he listened for about 20 seconds before telling me, “Yeah, I don’t know what that is. I can’t help you, sorry” and then shooed me away. I was baffled. Never experienced service like that anywhere else previously. Absolutely will not be returning.

They were fair and accommodating to my situation.

Only mechanic I use unless overly complicated work needs to be done. They keep the costs down and wont let you pay more than you should.

These guys would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I cant recommend them more highly.
