I had stopped in to purchase a part for my MKC and before leaving the dealership I planned to just cruise the lot and review current inventory.It was very cold that day and while I was just window shopping Ryan came out to brave the elements and asked if he could assist me. Ryan was very helpful providing information on several used units I was viewing and wouldnt you know, before I left Sugar Loaf we were the proud owners of a new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus.The entire staff was great with Ryan introducing us to the appropriate personnel to complete the sale. Ryan was very friendly, not pushing us into something we didnt want, but was very helpful in providing my wife and I with the information we needed to make the decision to upgrade from our 2015 MKC to the new Nautilus. We have been very happy with our decision.I would whole heartily recommend Sugar Loaf and Ryan to anyone considering a vehicle purchase.

I stopped in to check out some trucks and Ryan Hernandez was there to help. After test driving one, I told what I was looking for and there just happen to be a truck in on trade that fit the bill. Ryan was great to work with and kept in touch every step of the way. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because when we came to pick it up for purchase it had been detailed, but there was still gross looking gunk in the leather area of the stick shift and finger print dirt on the visors. I would have expected the truck to be cleaned thoroughly and was surprised those spots were missed. Having said that, Ryan took it upon himself to fix the issue and cleaned up the areas we noticed and had it ready for us before we were done signing the papers. If you are looking to buy and want an easy going person to work with, Ryan is your guy!
