Such great, prompt service! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I let them know that I was moving today & was able to bring my car in without an appointment. They figured out the issues with my brakes quickly & it was a very reasonable price as well. Free car wash too. Highly recommend!

Awesome staff! I came in for a nail in my tire. In 20 mins, not only did they have it fixed but they had it back on, the spare back in storage, and the thing ready for me to drive off!!! The free coffee was a bonus!! This visit continues ths string of great customer service I get coming here. Highly recommend!

Needed a oil change and was unable to make an appointment at my regular shop, so I stopped here. It took an hour which is a little long but understandable given it was the weekend and there was 3 cars ahead of mine. Refreshments and a comfortable, spaced out waiting room so you arent sitting on top of others. Plus you get a free carwash with every service!.

James was very knowledgeable and friendly when explaining what was wrong with the brakes on my car. I thought the overall price was very reasonable. Clean lobby, there was 1 free beverage per customer. Ill be going back once I need to replace the oil filter on my car.

I dont know how to feel about this place. I went in for new tires during their tire sale, and I got them. The guys told me that it would be about an hour, and I ended up being there for 3. I was pretty upset about this since I was the first car in there during the time that I came. A bunch of other people came in after me and all of them left before me. I am also pretty upset about how they wear masks at this place. None of their employees are wearing their masks at all. Im sure the ones that work at the front desk wouldnt wear them either if they werent forced to be around people who arent customers. Im also very upset that the employees didnt enforce the customers to wear their masks either. There were plenty of people in the lobby who were wearing their masks on their chins, not at all, and incorrectly. Im not surprised that they didnt enforce them since they themselves couldnt even wear them. Pretty disappointed with this business overall, which is sad. I expected a lot more from them since theyre a big business in the area. They have great prices, and services, but this day was terrible. Please, do better. There is still a national pandemic going on. I sadly wont be coming back.

Service was good. I was a little bit disappointed that something I had done, was 2x as much as I was originally quoted. So that was very disappointing. If I would have been notified of the part being a higher price, before the work was already done I probably would have taken care of it myself. Other then that it was okay.

Wash works great . But have pulled up two times now when it has been closed. Didnt know till I pulled all the way in. They should publish their set hours.

Came in on Saturday morning to have a tire repaired. The staff was friendly and had us in and out in less than a half-hour. No charge. These are the kinds of little things that keep customer loyalty.

I desperately needed an oil change and James LaBrec was able to fit me in early in the morning when I had some time in my schedule. He was professional, courteous, and easy going. I saw him interact with a couple other clients and it appeared he was genuine with them as well; this is reassuring because vehicle repairs/service can be stressful. This was by far my most enjoyed car service, the waiting area was also an added bonus with the complimentary beverages.

VERY VERY Pleasant!! Nice clean lounge with Complementary Coffee, and popcorn. They had Nice comfy lounge chairs and the staff was friendly and efficient. Shout out to James LaFluer!!! i think i butchered his last name!!! Nice guy though...And they shuttled me to my house while my brakes were worked on. Very clean well maintained facility !!! WOW. Exceptional customer service! The lounge is super nice here, as well. I came here between classes and dont really have time to eat on Wednesdays as I have work and class for 13 hours straight. (Mind you, I am also a poor college student). They have complimentary beverages, including water, sprite, coke, and good coffee! They also have some popcorn available! These awesome FREE snacks were just what I needed to get through my hectic day. I was also able to charge my phone and laptop and was able to work on some homework with their free wifi! I was greeted by a super friendly guy right as I pulled up and he pointed me in the right direction for an oil change and then I was helped by staff right away. I highly recommend this place!!! Also, I dont usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I took the time to write one! That should tell you something about the great service here! :)~Kristen

I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge.I was on my way to Dahl Winona (from La Crosse where I live) in the midst of a driving rainstorm when my drivers side wiper blade flipped over and came off!My salesperson brought someone from Express service and a new wiper out to me(I was still almost 20 miles away)!I was very thankful because otherwise I would have had to wait till it stopped raining all together!So far I am very happy with my purchase and service.Thank you!

About a week before my wife and I moved to North Carolina, my wife brought her Toyota Rav4 into Dahl Express Service for an inspection to be sure it was ready for the long move down south. Dahl Express Service informed her there was a major leak in her transmission, which would require a disassembly, fix, and reassembly of her transmission at a cost of $5,000.We trusted Dahl Express Service but brought our Toyota to two different shops in Winona for second and third opinions. Both shops told us there was no leak in the transmission, and the Toyota was fine for the journey, so we made the trip down south.When we arrived in North Carolina, we took the Toyota to a shop to have it looked over. Again, we were told the transmission was fine, with no major leak.Dahl - young blonde women arent dumb as you like to believe. Earn your money honestly, with every transaction.Dont bother trying to make this right, Dahl Express Service. You tried to take advantage of my family. Enjoy your single star review, even though you deserve less than that.

Took one of my cars in for an oil change and ordered the $49.99 full synthetic oil change and 4 additional quarts of oil, since my car takes 9 quarts. When it came time to pay, the receptionist was shocked and showed me the almost $200 bill I was going to have to pay.I was very upset. But, 2 days later, they called me back, apologized for it, refunded me. They were very polite about the whole situation. Even after a bad situation, they came through and made it right!Good customer service!

This is not a honest place to bring your car for servicing or any sort of repair. My brakes were still in good condition and yet the technician suggested me to change all four of them. They purposely left a bolt loose and when I brought my car in for inspection they told me it is because of my brakes. Save your time and money by bringing your car to somewhere else!

I was having trouble finding a place that wouldnt make me wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. I stopped here and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Its nice, but I prefer Dahl Toyota next door, which also does service. This is sometimes more convenient.

I like to bring my vehicles here for oil changes. You dont have to have an appointment and a car wash is included.
