We just went here to grab my sister some new purple dye. Immediately we got in and she came way too close and gave my sister Arctic Fox purple direct dye. It’s a beautiful color but she wasn’t interested. The woman then continued to open up the bottle and break the seal to show her ‘just how good it smelt’.This was incredibly unprofessional and this woman clearly had never worked in a salon before. We are in the middle of a pandemic and she opened up a sealed bottle when my sister hadn’t even said she would buy it.My sister is very nice, and she purchased the product because she was forced to.I’m glad she did, because that bottle probably would’ve gotten out back on the shelf even though it had been opened.I don’t know the front desk associates name. But she had glasses and blonde hair with a bow in it.Please know that your employees are opening up sealed bottles to customers, disregarding all safety and sanitation laws that HAVE to be followed.

You should know about the products you are selling in your store. Non of the workers had any knowledge of any of the products in the store. This store neess knowledgable employees it would help your numbers tremendously.

The women are so nice and help set us up with everything we needed to do our hair. Thank you 🙂

I picked up a new hair trimmer here this week and the manager was super helpful!!

I’m a pretty regular customer of the sally beauty supply chain and stopped in to get some hair color for my daughter. As I was looking over my options I asked if I could use the restroom. I’m very obviously pregnant. They said no. I understand that it’s an employee bathroom but when you have a pregnant customer, you should let them use it. They lost a customer today with their rudeness and lack of service.

Great selection. Staff was not as knowledgeable and helpful as other Sallys so know what you need prior to going in.

They never have anything that Im looking for I do better just ordering online
