I went in to find a perm kit. Walmart said they had some but had NONE. I went to walgreens and the woman who helped me was so kind. I wish I got her name. She was so determined to help me and I appreciate her endlessly!!!! Such great customer service!!!

Terrible customer service from the store manager Nate. Never has a solid answer when I called him. Tells me one thing and to wait Four to six weeks for resolution. Called back because problem wasn’t resolved and was told I was past the time that it could be resolved. Very unhappy and will be sure to never fill a script there again for me or my family. Don’t tell a customer you will take care of issue then drop the ball and never take accountability for it.

Apparently the pharmacists that work at Walgreens get to decide what we can and cant get if they dont agree with what our doctors prescribe 🤷 crazy world we live in.

It seems a working brain and competency is not required to work at the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! Just because they are open til 10 doesn’t mean they will help you later. I called about a message I received after my son went to bed and she wouldn’t help me. Apparently they shut computers down early and won’t help you. I wouldn’t have ever came back to this place if Goltz wouldn’t have sold to them! I miss the old Goltz. When everyone knew my name. They declined after Dan retired and they got rid of all my favorite people but Walgreens is the worst!!!!! Will be switching to Walmart also!!!!

Terrible. My local pharmacy sold out to Walgreens and transferred all my info there. They lost that info, refused to refill my diabetes medicine by phone. Said I cant bring the Goltz bottle with all the necessary info on it including the fact there is 1 more refill available and have to get my doctor to send a new prescription to them. Ridiculous. As much as I hate Walmart, I guess Ill have to go there. So stressed and angry after that conversation. Its diabetes medication, not a narcotic or something.

I waited 20 minutes in line to pickup a prescription!!! It was on Friday????

Very high prices for low dose aspirin and cold medicine. Other than that the stores is always clean and the staff is friendly

I have never run into a more inapt pharmacy in my life. I get prescriptions that are half filled and I have to come back the next day and I live 24 miles away from Winona Minnesota I get prescriptions that aren’t filled. I would I would recommend any pharmacy besides Walgreens and me and believe me if I could’ve given them no stars I would’ve given them no stars.

Pharmacy failed to fill script after being called in. Additionally, the service was extremely slow and they had a dont care attitude. I will never do business with them again.

Expect to wait in line & be ignored for 40 minutes for the pharmacy, absolutely awful service, don’t waste your time

Weve gotten our prescription there for the past half year. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes theres a line but thats because theyre taking the time to help the customers that have gotten there before me. I like the automatic phone messages asking if I want a prescription re-filled and also telling me when my prescription is ready to pick up.

This is a busy pharmacy staff for a reason. They are good at what they do. To avoid being on hold for a long time use you mobile application or the Walgreen website to order your prescription. If you sign up for text notifications, you will get a text as soon as the order is done.

This pharmacy is outrageous! Seems like every time I need a rx they never have it in then it takes weeks just to get it. Definitely switching pharmacies

Go anywhere else to fill your perscription. They “lose them”, don’t fill them on time, and don’t take any accountability. The majority of the younger staff are unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else

This Walgreens is terrible. It takes days to fill a prescription and then no one contacts you when its ready. The staff either doesnt know whats going on or are extremely rude. I was actually shocked at how I was treated by an employee of this store.

Calling is difficult, you cant talk to a human from the pharmacy department
