This store is not worth it if you have your heart set on something. Its filled with false promises. Management is terrible, being lied to more than four times is unacceptable!!! Follow up is horrible as well. To say the least Im extremely disappointed, I argued long enough to get a full refund which I would not have had to do if they did not lie.

I walked in and was not greeted, I even walked around a 2nd time and was not greeted or asked how can I help you. Therefore, if I am not good enough to be greeted then my money shouldnt be good enough either.Oan: p.s. On the first delivery I sent a dresser back due to catching the delivery driver trying to erase and patch up scratches. I had to have another chest delivered during the second delivery due to having chips on the bottom. They only offer 10% off and that amounted to $30. Also on this second delivery they have severely scuffed and scratched my wall and the new chest has problems now. The back wood panel has fallen off out of the box. He is trying to drill it back on. Now the decision, do I want to keep the chipped chest or the one with the jacked up back panel and broken off plastic from the slats...I dont think that I will order again from this company after pay off.Babcock, why is it that you do not provide dollies or furniture lifting appliances for your workers?

Not only did I called the is place, my daughter and I went visit Badcock&more furniture store, I will say they Beautiful furniture, of course there are some items really pricey, but it depends what you are looking for. The good thing about this store is they care a out people and are willing to work with you, and get this, No Credt Refused!😊
