I walked in with a free diagnosis coupon for my warning light. Very friendly and courteous staff and quick service. He explained everything and gave me a written statement with estimates. Great experience. I booked a necessary battery change for the next day with a breeze. I have to say that it was better, quicker and cheaper than a dealership. I definitely use their service again and recommend this place to everyone.

I ended up with a flat tire on my airstream travel trailer when passing through Winston-Salem. I had a full size spare but the wrong equipment to put it on and get the flat one off. After dealing with my roadside assistance via insurance and having 3 different service companies cancel due to having the “wrong equipment” we were stuck. Being an ex Winston local, I ended up thinking about twin city (I used to work with the owner when I lived in town at an unrelated job). I wasn’t sure they would be able to take care of changing a tire on a travel trailer, but I called them up and they did not hesitate to extend us the help we needed. They assured us they could handle a travel trailer tire change, and they exceeded our expectations of customer service. We pulled up with the airstream and within 5 minutes the tire was changed, and they even went so far as to torque all other tires before we got back on the road. Twin city wouldn’t even take a dollar from me for their service. These are good, truthful, knowledgeable, and kind people. They will take care of all your automotive needs honestly and well. I cannot say thank you enough to them for getting us back on the road that afternoon!

The technician we knew from a referral works on classic cars and has extensive training as a Chrysler mechanic, so we were confident he could diagnose and work on issue we were having with 1959 Dodge. TJ told us it was the shifter assembly for our push bottom transmission. We found the part they a friend and TJ installed the part and got us back on the road the same day. He did excellent work and we are very satisfied with Twin City Automotive’s customer service.

Exceptional service. Exceptional people. Went in for an oil change, he checked my filters (I didnt even ask), noticing they needed to be replaced, he brought them out to me for me to see & decide. Showed me how much it was going to cost before I committed. The oil change and the replacing of the 2 filters was very well priced and competitive in the market . The filters were delivered & installed very quickly. Cant recommend enough. Very clean & and professional. Great people and great service.

The tightening bolt on my battery terminal broke and the dealer said it would cost $300 to replace the part. Somehow these guys got the part, did the work in literally 15 minutes, and it cost a third of what the other place would have charged. On top of that, the technician did a quick fix so my car would start while I waited a day for the part to come in free of charge. I trust them and will definitely come back!

As a woman, I’ve always felt scared to go to automotive shops. NOT HERE! They use an awesome app that includes pictures breaking everything down if anything is wrong. They are honest, affordable, timely, professional and reliable. Will come here for every service in the future! The owners are so lovely too

T J is a very knowledgeable mechanic. On a couple of occasions after looking at an issue reported by my employees he came back to me to say he didnt think the part in question was defective. Both times he was correct. They had a friend of mine pay for a part that she didn’t even need and the part was defective. Very shady business. They hung up on her 3 times. We just want to save the next person from being taken advantage of. You reap what you sow guys!

Fast, Efficient, Friendly and above everything else affordable. Simple car inspection saved me money on the emissions test due to the age of the car I know I paid for that last year and may not have had to. Was very impressed with the integrity and helpfulness of the staff there.

I called Thursday morning on June 4 to request an appointment. I spoke to TJ and explained what services I would need. I was in need of brakes, oil change, inspection, and I also asked if they could check my A/C just to make sure it was ready for the NC summer heat. He was able to get me in that same day at 1:30 pm. The waiting area was nice, I was greeted right away and my car was ready that sane afternoon. The entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Above all, they are honest and fair in pricing, which i have found is hard to come by these days where mechanics are concerned.
