Armand Rollins provided excellent customer service. He greeted us genuinely at the door. He consulted with us in a way to help us figure out what type of mattress we liked even when we had no idea. He educated us on different mattresses, helped us test several out (multiple times), and ultimately gave us a great deal! I can’t wait to sleep on a mattress that allows a more comfortable sleep!

We were impressed by the variety and number of brands at the Mattress Firm at the Stratford Commons. Our sales associate David discussed with us the top five points that were important overall while naming a list of things people often want when buying a mattress. Next he asked what price range we wanted to hand in mind and sharing that the various manufacturers had sales and Mattress Firm did offer a credit plan for qualified buyers. In the end, my daughter bought not only a mattress for herself but one for her young son simply because the value was too good to pass up. The entire experience was completely painless and when buying anything of that importance with a two year old that is pretty important to say the very least. I can say i will be visiting David when I buy a mattress for myself and will recommend this store to all of my friends.

Good quality beds - just a low selection amount. Prices are high. Promised me a 10yr mattress warranty but sold me an adjustable bed frame that invalidated the manufacturer’s warranty and haven’t been able to deliver me a store warranty to replace it - in over a month, despite bi-weekly requests (about 10). Just excuses after excuses. Don’t shop here.

I came in knowing I needed a King Size mattress. I had gone several places, and wasnt sold on any one place for sure. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to help me select a mattress and feel good about it.I gave him my information to enter in the system so that when I came back later in the afternoon he could run my card for a payment. He then shared with me that he too had a rescue dog. I was then 100% sold and it made me come back not even an hour later. Great customer rapport.

Ive purchased 2 beds from here in the last 6 years with ease. This time, we got a Tulo (Heads up, if youre curious about them, they have ones on the floor you can try before ordering online or through them.) $200 off. Michelle was super helpful in letting us look at all our options for the unique space this bed would be in. She had us in and out within 15 minutes and well have our new mattress in 2 weeks. Highly recommend checking it out.

Hands down the best experience buying a mattress I have ever had. The manager Wess was absolutely amazing! Extreamly nice, answered all my questions, and showed me several options. Great Service, Manager Mike is a straightforward guy.Went in to get a mattress with my mom at 24. He paid more attention to me and talked with us, briefly talking about how he judges mattresses and alignment while we were looking around and trying them. Helped figure between firm/soft for my bad hip and back, and wasnt afraid to just let us wander before and after talking to us.We ended up trying out a very nice clearance model, and he cut us a very good deal. He helped me pick out a better pillow, and helped get a deal on protectors for the mattress and pillows.Very chill vibe, and relaxed atmosphere. Did not once feel like he was trying to upsell or push me into anything. While I was laying and he was showing me a hydraulic adjustabe bed base, he was watching my face, spinal alignment, and reactions to see how I felt.In the end, he was very attentive, though not overbearing. The store is clean and open. Would highly recommend.

Store manager Mike and Associate Kedrian were very helpful on a return of a mattress set we recently purchased. They assisted us picking out a new set and processed the return of the other which we had for approximately two months. We have bought several mattresses for our kids here over the years and I would not go anywhere else based on the great customer service.

Purchase my mattress 13 months ago. Paid 213.00 for it. It is now lumpy. I was NEVER told was floor sample! so no warrity on it. What a rib off this was. Should have been told, would not have bought it. Paid also for delivery more money. I am senior & saved to get it, now stuck with mattress hurts when sleep. Do you guys like doing this to seniors?? My son in law a lawyer so taking this farther. I didnt see it when I signed for it BUT should have been told!!! poor customer service!!

Will never purchase from Mattress Firm again. Bought mattress and box springs from Omar in Kernersville and he was very helpful!! To save time we opted to go to Winston to pick up our mattress and box spring so that we didnt have to wait for it to be shipped to the Kernersville store. Purchased on Sat and was to pick up on Mon in Winston. On Monday the Winston store did not have our mattress and box springs so John in the Winston store offered to give us a brand new mattress and box spring for no additional charge (we originally purchased certified pre-owned) We were told to pick up on Fri. Was happy with the customer service. Friday came and I went to pick up the mattress and they werent there. Was not showing in the system that new ones had even been ordered. John was off Fri and Mike refused to call him to try to get to the bottom of it. Said he couldnt call him on his day off so guess what? I asked for a refund and purchased a mattress and box springs somewhere else. Mike should not be a salesman. He made no offer to make things right or even try to figure out what had happened.

Like most people (I assume), I was not quite looking forward to going to a big box store and playing the negotiating game with a well versed mattress salesman. I was pleasantly surprised with Jaks professional demeanor and he quickly picked up on the fact that we wanted some time to look around privately and allowed us to do so, all the while there for any questions we had. I have a rule (that I didnt stick to) where I always shop around, yet there was no need to. Jak gave my wife and I what I believe to be a wonderful deal and has earned a customer for life.
