Drew is the best!!!! He found the perfect mattress for us!! He was knowledgeable, outgoing, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with the process.. we told him what type of mattress we wanted and the mattress we got far exceeded our expectations! he was so patient (we tried A LOT of mattresses) and even got us laughing a few times, which made the experience fun! I went to Mattress firm on a whim while I had to wait for something else. I met Michelle and she was so kind. She respected my small time window and I was able to test a couple of mattresses and learn the window of time for delivery. I came back that Saturday (like I told her I would) and within maybe 10-15 minutes I was purchasing a mattress. I told her my price range and she stuck with it. It’s the Perfect Sleeper my Serta I believe. It is used (which wasn’t necessarily my preference) but she assured me that it would be clean. She was so helpful!! I came out spending less than what I saved for a mattress and a box spring. Michelle was so helpful and kind. She was also very personable. Truly a blessing to have been able to work with her.

Michelle was great. I came in on Friday to check prices she completely understood what i wanted and took the time to find me the best deal she could. I let her know i had to talk with my fiancé she then gave me the brochures to apply for financing online. She said that she would be around for any other questions. We did get approved but didn’t get approved for as much as we wanted. She then looked to see if there was another discount we could us. We walked out with the a king size mattress and a adjustable base. Saved almost 1000 on our purchase. I would definitely go back.

Just had a great experience here at the Hanes Mill road location. David, the manager, was able to help me into a great new mattress and adjustable base. I had placed an online order and due to the pandemic my order was delayed for several weeks. He did some research and found me one that was available much sooner that I ended up liking even better than the original one I had picked. Super helpful staff and great atmosphere. Recommend shopping at this location above any other.I would definitely recommend that you go INTO a store to order your bed and/or mattress. I had a very bad experience trying to do it all online. The main benefit that I discovered about going into the stores is that the employees can look in the inventory to see what is ACTUALLY in stock. The website, however, will lie to you-at least it did in my experience. I was told by their website that the mattress I wanted was in stock and I’d have it in a couple weeks as it was delayed by the pandemic-however they DID NOT actually have my mattress as it hadn’t even been made yet. The other benefit to going into the store is that you have a point of contact if shipping gets delayed or there’s any issue. Whereas for me, I had an EXTREMELY hard time with my delivery and I considered asking for a full refund as a result. If I had not gone into this location and been fortunate enough to have David assist me, I would have gotten a refund and shopped elsewhere. None of the problems I experienced would have occurred if I would have gone into the store and placed my order there. The online experience was beyond horrible and it took 6 weeks to get my mattress. Had I not gone in and talked to David, I cannot imagine how much longer it would have taken.

Had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm. Bought my very first mattress and had the Ultimate Experience. Got to test out several mattresses and got all my questions answered. Had a knowledgeable sales rep actually listen to me and didnt just try to sell me the most expensive thing he had . Went in expecting to not be able to get the best but I actually got one of the top-of-the-line mattresses and the top-of-the-line adjustable base and saved more than I spent. Now Im the owner of a real adult bed I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg to do it. Anyone looking for a mattress should really check out Mattress Firm because they have almost every brand and type in the market and theyll be able to get what they want without breaking the bank.

I met John Bridges in the store. He is a very nice gentle man, he was explaining the technology of the mattress, and was very friendly. I stopped by the closing minutes and he didnt show any hesitation to address me. I bought the mattress on that day and he was handling the payment and sales very patiently even if the time was past the closing time. He has expedited the delivery since Ive requested him specifically, which needs to be appreciated.He even gave me a $100+ worth of an item for making a minor calculation error on the receipt. Thats very sweet! Other sales person would have just corrected the mistake and moved on. Id highly recommend John and this store to my friends.

Tyrone Goldston was extremely friendly. He was helpful from the time we walked in the door. Since my mother has limited mobility, it was important to be able to narrow down options quickly. Tyrone guided us to narrow down firmness first. Then showed us the options progressively. He made sure we were aware of any price breaks that could benefit us. He never pressured us to buy more than we could afford. We walked out of the store confident she had bought the mattress that was just right for her.

I walked into this Mattress Firm not knowing much about mattress, but after talking to Tyrone, he educated me to the extent to where I too could sell mattress. The stores layout was very organized making it easy to single out the perfect mattress for any individual. Tyrones charisma and attitude towards helping me came off as very welcoming. I knew he was sincere with making sure I was comfortable with my choice in mattress. He was extremely helpful and detailed with EVERY single question I asked. My husband and I were shopping for new mattresses and box-springs for our family! We stopped by Mattress Firm Hanes Mill Rd Winston-Salem (#17177). We were met by Felisha/Philesha (i may be spelling her name incorrectly and I apologize for that) with a smile and seemed like she was glad we were there. It was near closing on a Friday evening. She went above and beyond to ensure we knew about the mattresses (she knows the products well) and received excellent pricing as well. She was patient, kind, answered all of our questions and was very helpful. We even purchased several pillows that are GREAT! Thank goodness for the finance options. If it had not been for our experience with her that evening we would have not purchased! Great job yall...I called on Monday to ask about delivery (because we have several others in and out of the house due to moving and renovations so I needed to know specifics) and was greeted on the phone by Tyrone who let me know exactly what I needed to know.

Bought a Simmons mattress for over $1200 and after a year the mattress became lopsided. Instead of being rectangular it was kinda like a trapezoid. Took pictures and filed a warranty claim which was denied by the manufacturer. Mattress firm offers 15% off a new mattress. I will not buy from them or Simmons ever again. I will tell everyone I know not to deal with Mattress Firm or Simmons. What good is a mattress that you feel like youre going to roll off of at anytime.

We have been dealing with Tyrone Goldston at Mattress Firm on Hanes Mill Rd, Winston-Salem, NC. We bought a Beautyrest Gelfoam mattress with an adjustable frame. When the delivery guys delivered the set, they did not leave the Manufacturers Warranty on either the mattress or the base. Tyrone Goldstone has bent over backwards to get us copies of the Manufacturers Warranties on both the mattress and the adjustable base.
