The representative was very knowledgeable and patient while we tried out all the beds that fit our needs. He was a very good listener! It was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

I have looked at the Sleep Number for years. When I called the Hanes Mall facility, I spoke with John. He was exceptionally informative and helpful. He personally had purchased a Sleep Number bed, and is the perfect advocate. We were able to make a purchase with a significant discount. John is the exemplary advocate for this line and I could not say enough good about this individual. I do not have the product yet and am, quite frankly, disappointed in the slowness of delivery, but this has nothing to do with this exceptional individual.

This pillow definitely improved my sleep! We will be buying another one. I love the carrying case. I don’t wake up out of my sleep anymore and I haven’t had any neck pains!

We love our sleep number bed...it takes a few night to get use to it...but after adjusting it and finding your comfort zone you sleep like baby...and it really helped my husbands back and his snoring...

Marco and his associate, DeJuan, gave us a great experience in the store. our current sleep number bed is over 20 years old! we knew it was time for another one. Marco and DeJuan gave us a tour of all of the new models they have out now. Lots of great improvements compared to our current one. of course we ended up with an I-10 and are looking forward to its arrival on Friday! thank you both for answering our questions and not making us feel pressured.

I purchased a split king i8 six months ago. The fourth technician visit has just been scheduled. Customer service doesn’t take adequate notes so every time I have called in, I’ve had to restate my case. I’ve had six phones calls of an hour each. I was told I would be compensated, and instead was offered sheets. Will be pursuing BBB and the lemon law.

The level of customer service by Marco was, to say the least, amazing. I felt that he wasn’t just trying to “make a sale” (yes, I know that is what salesmen do), but was trying to make me fully understand each bed that I looked at. I ended up purchasing an i10 Queen (for me) and an i8 Full (for my daughter). $12k is a major purchase for me, and Marco really made me feel at ease with this purchase. He NEVER pushed me into a product or an accessory that I did not feel I needed. He never showed any frustration whatsoever with all the questions I asked, and I asked a whole lot, like I said, this was a major purchase for me. He made the ordering process so easy, and facilitated the delivery process, effortlessly. I received my email confirmation while I was still standing in the store! So, I would say that this review, being based on customer service on the showroom floor should be 10 stars! Thank you Marco, you’re a gentleman, a scholar, and a judge of good beds. I will definitely be doing business with this showroom again and with Marco!! 10 stars!!!!!!

Not very happy with a $9,000 purchase.Bed does not work properly and no one is willing to help.

Great beds for the rich and famous. We went to check out their Labor Day sale. We went to check out the i8 bed. We already have a adjustable bed. Just the mattress was $4000. That’s what I call a rip-off. You can find others beds out there that will be just as nice. Check out the web but make sure you get apples for apples

We had a great experience. Our sales lady, Tracy, was very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. The other staff was very nice as well.

Update: My life since posting this was a nightmare. They are all good unless you don’t want the mattress! They made it very difficult to return the mattress. 6 calls later within the month I had it to customer service and then escalated customer service for me to get the mattress picked up sooner and most of my money back! Unless you’re prepared to spend thousands, DONT BUT THE C2 or C4!!! You’ve been warned!!!BUY SLEEPNUMBER!!!!I initially came in and met with Andrea. She is the coolest, kindest, down to earth salesperson I’ve EVER encountered! She was patient and listened to my concerns openly. She even allowed me to take a few naps! I wish I could take her to all stores to be a salesperson! When I went back to Sleep Number to make my purchase I met Brad. He was just as awesome! He was very transparent and helpful. He even had me feeling bad bc Andrea was getting the sale but I wish he could get a few dollars off of it too. The store manager was there when I was working with Andrea. He was cool, made me laugh and wasn’t a micromanager. My point is BUY SLEEPNUMBER!!! They have a 15 year warranty, will set it up and dispose of your current mattress for FREE!!!

WATCH YOUR CREDIT!!!. Employees in Hanes Mall Store where very helpful. The beds are very expensive for what they are, but the bigger problem for me was I let them run my credit to see about store financing. We ended up not buying the bed, but 7-10 later we get a store credit card in the mail. They opened the account without my knowledge.

We had old sleep number for 15 years. Got new one today. LOVE LOVE LOVE Sleep Number!!

Brad was a big help. I called the store and ordered my bed right over the phone, did not even have to waste fuel or time driving there. This is my second sleep number bed, we upsized from a queen to king. Thanks Brad for your help!

Enjoyed the experience. Both of the sales representatives were knowledgeable about the product line. They were not pushy but certainly encouraging. We already had planned on buying a C2 to replace our aging Temprupedic (17 years). The concept of adjustable sides was the selling feature. The only disappointment was the 2 week wait for delivery.

My husband and I loved spending time with Bradley and picking out a new bed at the Sleep Number Store. My husband use to be a salesman and he loves to pick and carry on.

This is about the purchase of our second Sleep Number bed. A second house, and we wanted the same, wonderful sleep experience we have at home. Doug was terrific, helping us pick the right bed for us, not steering us to more expensive beds that didnt fit our preferences.

Love these beds! Just got an upgrade after 15 years but old bed has plenty of life left. The cost is more but you do not need to replace as often.

Worst experience ever never coming back again, when I walked in with my friends shopping for a new bed and the lady upfront didn’t even welcome use instead just looked at us like we didn’t belong there and when we asked how much something cost she would ignore us and act like she didn’t hear us we had to ask her multiple times for help snd the whole time we were there she would just stare at us with an awful face didn’t even bother to help us, told us we couldn’t even try out the beds. Never coming back again I will spend my money else where, somewhere where they actually treat us like customers

Love the concept of adjusting the beds firmness based on preference. Great for couples who sleep differently. Can be expensive. Watch for sales.

Excellent service, had some problems with a unit and another was promptly sent. Only issues really, delivery people damaged my home and its been a chore getting things straightened out on that.
