Prices and mattress info are not posted on the mattresses and there isnt enough staff to assist more than 1 customer at a time. We went in and there was no other customers. Asked for a soft mattress and the lady said she didnt know which those would be, showed us 1 mattress and then helped another customer who came in. When we did finally figure out the price of 1 it was the same one we saw at Mattress firm and it was even more expensive.

I dont know why I ever hesitated to go into a brick and mortar mattress store. I guess I somehow imagined a sleezy salesperson and a high pressure environment. I couldnt have been more wrong. At least about Dale and Mattress Warehouse on Stratford. Remarkably friendly, educational, top notch service and follow through. I wish everything were as easy as Dale made mattress shopping for us. We wasted a lot of time and energy trying to order a mattress online. Do yourself a favor and go here to buy your next mattress.

It took some convincing by two friends before I went to try out an adjustable bed. Dale, the friendly and knowledgeable salesman, made my decision easy. The claims for improvements in health and comfort were so strong that I was a bit cynical...but they are all true! If anything, the claims for the top of the line Temperpedic are understated. This 80 year old sceptic is falling asleep--lulled to sleep-- about 2 hours earlier than before and waking up pain-free. I wish I had known about this years ago! Trust Dale--he is right!

Ive had some terrible experiences buying mattresses and Ive had some good ones, but Mattress Warehouse of Winston-Salem tops the list for GREAT. Dale was very pleasant and knowledgeable but not pressuring and he stuck within the budget I gave him. No attempts to upsell me to something more expensive and he showed me mattresses in both the high and low end of my range. It almost makes me sad that a mattress is something I only need every 10 years or so. I just hope the next time that Dale and Mattress Warehouse are still there.

What an amazing experience! My wife and I where shopping online for a new mattress and found that Matters Warehouse had the mattress that we were looking at online. We felt relaxed and got our bed match and after trying a few recommended mattresses, we had our pick on layaway. We saw the sale signs by the road and decided to stop in. The store was clean and inviting. Winston and Scott helped us make the right decision. We received an amazing deal. The mattress we chose was not in stock, but they found it at another local store. They called to make sure they had it in stock and made sure it was preparred for us to pick up. The in-store financing was very easy.

Fredd was so very helpful. He listened to our needs, budget, type and quality and he narrowed it down to one bed that was perfect for us. He was very knowledgeable and great. We had been all over Winston and they were the first place we visited We went to 4 other places however Fredd is the reason we came back to mattress warehouse. He gave us a 20 year warranty on the bed and was going to give us a mattress protector for free however it didn’t have any left so he discounted one for us. I will be going to see Fred again and recommend going there for all your bed and pillow needs. They are cheaper than their competitors and have better quality products.

Worst service EVER! We worked with store manager Scott. We were sold a completely false bill of goods. We bought the most expensive mattress in the store. Aireloom Fiji in a king. Warranty issue after less than six weeks. Warranty was honored then switching to a different mattress we had to pay even MORE for a less expensive mattress. Neither Scott nor the District Manager Glen Corona could have cared less. Very disappointing experience. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this company. Sad.

We ended up coming back to him. The price and quality of the mattress he sold us didnt compare to any others. I would recommend him and this mattress store to anyone I know.
