Good luck trying shopping in this store at any time of day. The employees loading the shelves are extremely rude and have their gigantic carts blocking off majorly important aisles and parts of the store; often requiring you to go through multiple other aisles just to get down the one that you need. On top of that, they seem way more interested in hanging out and chatting (more like yelling) at each other across the store than they do in actually working. I’ve tried shopping here at various different times during the day and night and it is always the same. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Grocery pickup at this location is the BEST. The employees always have great attitudes and are very friendly. They were doing so amazing yesterday. Three employees bringing different orders out at once, during a rain storm.

Its clean, pretty well stocked, and very convenient. Great for when you are in a time crunch and have to run inside and get a few grocery items.

My favorite place to shop! Very clean store. Very kind staff. Fresh food. Lots of parking. I would suggest going in the middle of the week. This will give you the most time to shop when there are not a lot of people. Don’t forget to bring your bags! :)

This is truly a neighborhood market. Great fruit and vegetable selection. Bread and wine selection is not the best. But the value is great and there are gems like impossible meat, cured parma ham, cheeses, shrimp all for really good value.

I have been a W+ customer for several months and have have groceries delivered many times from this location (you cant pick where deliveries come from). This is apparently the best way for the store to get rid of expiring products, moldy produce, and refrigerated food left out too long. Countless times I have had to request a refund for poor quality items. I frequently get food I didnt order, as well as substitutions I didnt accept (one was $38 of St Louis Ribs I didnt want substituted for baby backs). I have had great experiences when I have been other places and received deliveries from other stores. Salt this is my home store. I will be cancelling as its too frustrating and I end up going to another grocery store anyway now to replace bad items.

I like how I can get in & out of the Walmart Neighborhood Markets quickly, so when I need to get out more quickly, I can choose the W-M NM, instead of a regular Walmart. However I do wish that ALL of the Wal-marts would find ways to have more items other than just food items that were MADE IN AMERICA!!! 🇺🇲

I always do groceries pickup and it is USUALLY all correct or fairly substituted. Every once in a while there is a problem and when there is its usually a big one... but not often and it gets fixed pretty easy.

Getting much better. There for a while an employee would stop me and demand that I wear a mask. So I would have to show them a letter from my doctor, the notice from the Governor, and point to the Walmart sign. Now they simply accept Adults to be Adults. Thank you.

This Walmart is located strategically. It is next to a Sheetz and a Firestone. The parking lot is appropriate for the size of the building. The store has more products than other neighborhood Walmarts. There are plantain chips, there are 4 self checkout machines.

The store is ok but every time I go there at least 2-3 items on the shelf are way past their expiration date. If you don’t check the date on a lot of items like meat and bread, you’ll end up wasting money buying something you can’t cook or eat something that will make you go sick. Seems the store is understaffed as they are constantly trying to restock by having all kinds of pallets laying around the store but no workers actually stocking shelves.Definitely a last resort.

They are still not enforcing The Mask rule properly. I have seen employees wearing their masks down by their chin and I have seen customers shopping with no masks on. Apparently you can put a mask on when you enter the store and then remove the mask and nobody will approach that customer and require that customer to follow the CDC mandate

Maybe its because I took a trip here in the middle of the night. Maybe its because i visitors this place during a torrential downpour. Or maybe its because, they had about 40% of the items that I was looking for (shrimp, mussels, bottle of wine, and good tomatoes); but, I dont think I like this place. God Bless.

I tried calling before going to the store. The cashier in pharmacy was rude put me on hold (4) times got no where. I go to store she was rude, but got everything handle. She just didnt want to have to work an do her job. They never have all your meds always every month takes several trips to get all meds. Dont try to use drive thru you cant hear what cashier saying. They say speaker broken nothing they can do about it.

Nice Clean store and not very crowded.Would rather shop at a small local Walmart anyday than the big Superstores.

They are always putting out stock when I visit. I have been early in the morning and after work around 4:00 pm. So many stockers it is hard to get around them and they wont move. Why cant they stock some of the less needed items at a slower time. Most of the time they are out of the essential items anyway. The worst part of the whole experience is the horrific odor from the carts. I am thankful that they clean the shopping carts but use something that doesnt throw customers with respiratory problems into severe reactions. The store in Clemmons doesnt smell that bad from the carts. I avoid getting a cart when possible but still smell the strong odor throughout the store. Food Lion cleans their carts but the odor doesnt take your breath away. Guess I will be shopping there.

I picked up a curbside order today. The guy that answered the phone was very nice, and so was the lady that brought out my groceries. Excellent job!

Not a pleasant experience. I went here this evening and the refrigerated areas were covered with cloth/plastic. A observed a customer ask employee is the items unavailable and the young man was very short with the customer. The employee continued to become animated about the experience with a coworker. The conversation was very loud and unprofessional. The employees looked very bothered and agitated. The shopping experience was not ideal.

I always enjoy shopping at this location when I am in town. It is so conveying it to have the items needed from Walmart without having to go through the entire store. This location seems to be kept clean every time I visit and the staff are friendly. The parking lot however seems a bit dark at night but I have always felt safe walking to my car.

Great Neighborhood Walmart. My only complaint is that they dont carry any lamb in their meat dept at all. The bigger Walmart does, but not this one. Weird. Also, its sometimes hard to get service at the deli counter. Theres no way to alert the person of your presence if theyre in the back so you just have to stand there indefinitely, hoping someone is really working the deli that day.

The people who work at this Walmart are the best. I shop there often and they are always very helpful and always ask if they can help me with anything. This is a wonderful grocery store for everyone especially for older shoppers. I always feel welcome and safe when I shop there.

I prefer the neighborhood markets when I just need groceries. You dont have to deal with all the crowd and they usually have more than one lane open. The only thing I have noticed lately and why I gave them 3 stars is that they are getting bad about restocking the shelves. The past few times I have been in, it seems like they are always out of at least 2 to 3 items if not more of items that I need. The Neighborhood Market off of Country Club Road is the one I use and I will say that for the most part the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We love the staff.they work very hard to find what we need. I forgot my mask and was about to go get it and they gave me one instead.on the floor are signs inorder to lead you where to go and how far to stand from others.

I went in Walmart Monday there was three people standing at the meat section including myself trying to find meat that we later found out was not in stock. The Brookberry area has grown the new apartment complex house 1600 residents. If we have more people in the neighborhood then Walmart needs to hire more staff and open up more checkout lines. Monday it was one checkout line open and the kiosk machines were open but that had a line of people waiting to checkout. It is really becoming a headache trying to shop. I have been around since this neighborhood market first open, boy do I miss those days! Things were a lot better and easier.

Friendly greeter, who explained where Customer Service was at and showed me by pointing it out to me. Customer Service Center very professional. The young man with dark brown hair explained all the money services Walmart had to offer and even explained what the approximate costs would be for each service internationally and the benefit of each. He deserves a Star! He took a lot of time with me. I will definitely be back! I will also start buying my groceries here as I saw some cheaper prices here rather than Food Lion.

This location usually isnt too busy and is clean, well run store. The self checkout lines are the fastest way to do it unless you have a full cartload. Overall this Walmart is a good store with more inexpensive groceries and pharmacy than nearby competing grocery stores.Only downside is occasionally there arent enough cashiers if youre in a hurry.

NOTHING is kept in stock anymore! I think they are trying to go out of business. I know one thing, they have lost my business & Ive been a loyal patron since they opened. I was first disappointed when they stopped carrying So Delicious salted caramel ice cream, but recently they have had bare shelves, especially the items I specifically and desperately need. I dont have time to go to other stores either. The only good aspect is the fact their employees are very friendly & helpful when they are able to help. They cant quite help a customer when the store itself is slacking. Sad to say goodbye!

Used their online shop and pick up....great help to me, as I had an injury and then surgery not allowing use of most of my right arm...they were very friendly and nice when loading my groceries so I could get the out of the car a little at a time, once I got home

Arrived early and found only self checkouts open at 8 am. I wouldnt have thought one buying over 250.00 worth would have to scan and bag their own purchases. I scanned alcohol 1st so someone would notice but made no difference. I dont mind doing it myself but it could have been more convenient and quicker with the large amount.

First time Ive ever been in one of these. It was clean well-stocked and had everything that I needed. It seemed like a relatively small parking area but there was plenty of Open Spaces.

Still walmart, just dont have to walk as far.

Great place to pick up groceries and common meds, bath and house cleaning supplies.

Never going to another Walmart again.
