We were able to get an appointment very quickly, everyone else we called had estimated at least 2 weeks before we could get an appointment but Alan was able to fit us in within 2 days. Struggled all day long trying to remove the old wall mount with no success but he was able to get it down and install the new one in less than 2 hours. Was also very knowledgeable about TVs and other products both new and old, features, updates, accessories, etc. Absolutely the BEST service you can get, very affordable and such a nice and friendly person!!!

Allen and his crew did a phenomenal job getting my TV up and running. He modified an older style small square TV niche above our gas log fireplace to allow mounting of a much larger TV over that space. Great service at a great price. He even brought a shop vac for clean up. No stone left unturned in an overall great experience! A+ recommendation!

Im a 20 year veteran automotive technician, and I know the value of a skilled tradesman that knows his stuff. Needless to say, I got in over my head trying to run some Cat 5 in my 1940s era home. Alan and G tackled the job that I had spent days on in a timely and professional manner I hadnt experienced in the A/V field before. Just telling my experience with Mr Tuttle.He replied a day after I left a message looking for someone to install my mount. Informed him I had my own pull down mount and universal brackets for the sound bar for my 75 inch LG and sent him pictures of everything from the fireplace wall, type of material, the tv and both brackets for the sound bar and tv.We set up a date and he arrived early and gave a heads up prior to his arrival. He followed the COVID protocols that were in place by law at the time.Total time was about an hr and half at the most. He was very professional the entire time and only needed help when it was time to mount the tv to the mount itself. I’ve submitted pics of his work.Rating is a 4 star instead of 5 only because I read his price quotes after paying for the job and realizing the price I paid was way more then his estimates on his website, but I should’ve asked when he was here so it is partially my fault as there may be more to the price gap from what I paid to the estimates on his site then I realize.All and all the job was done, he wasn’t able to mount the universal sound bar as he said the sound wouldn’t be projected well if he did it according to the mount. He left the work area clean.I paid $400 flat for this.

We are extremely satisfied with the service Tuttle’s Audio and Video Solutions. Mounting a television to a wall is already a difficult task, but mounting a TV to a brick chimney is an entirely different challenge. Alan did an amazing job. It was a lot of working having to drill through the brick chimney surface, but the guys were able to get the mount on securely and leveled correctly. Alan also made a great recommendation on the mounting bracket, and it’s been worth every penny. I’d highly recommend Alan and his team for any TV project you might have. They were courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They did a great job with our project, and they will do a great job with yours too!

I am so happy I found Alan Tuttle! He is by far the best, most honest and hardworking person I ever hired. He did an amazing job installing our home theater system, which had several components and was quite complicated. He made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. The Jobs Done: I Had Alan in for two separate jobs back Oct/Nov 2018. First was to hang several 27 PC monitors on the wall for my work station. The next was for installing the audio system that I had purchased for the living room that was just sitting out on various surface with wires running all around the room.I think it may have been making Alan twitch as it looked just awful but hey, not a handy type guy so it worked for me.Alan returned several weeks later with a helper to install the audio system and was in and out in maybe an hour?The Work: The work was top notch. Looks good, sounds good. Is good. I always wait some time after a home job like these to see how the work stands up and everything is as it was when he left. Quality work.The Man and Experience: Through both jobs he was extremely courteous, very careful about assuring this and that was exactly what I wanted, where I wanted, and how I wanted it done.He gave suggestions, cleaned as he went, and was very conscientious about and informative of the pricing options regarding what he would have to purchase and what would Id be better off with (i.e. ok, so you can get this stuff, but the other stuff I could install it with is going to be easier on the wallet and its the same thing to be honest. Up to you though).In other words, helping me to respect a budget when everythings outside my wheel house as far as knowing whats what. I didnt even consider it. I dig that.All in all, great work, very knowledgeable & respectful, budget conscious and to be honest a good conversation if youre going to be hanging out in the area hes working in.10/10 would hire again.

BEST TV AND AUDIO INSTALLER HANDS DOWN!! We purchase an 86” TV wanted to mount it on the wall the company that sold us the TV actually didn’t realize that we had a fireplace mantel which would cause problems mounting the TV over it, we needed an additional 11”!! Alan instructed us to locate a mount that would extend out about 15” and hold 150 pounds need I say more!!! 86 inches hanging later ..Knowledgeable and a honest person to have in our home .Thanks Alan
