Be careful what they tell you. Make sure you see pricing and contract before you sign up. I recommend ocoee AT&T store. Way better service and transparency.

AT&T Store in Winter Garden Village very helpful. Got me set up with my new iphone13 pro max. Very professional and got me up and running in a few minutes . No waiting either.

Went for 2 phones to be set up. First associate didnt change out SIM cards. Got part way home and realized problem. Went back. Second associate fixed one phone but apparently made set up errors on the second. Told us it was a hardware (Apple) issue so we went home. However, upon realizing that I couldnt connect to Wi-Fi calling, I spent about an hour on chat with a tech. They were able to fix a mismatched SIM card issue. Told me the tech in the local store was in too much of a hurry and screwed up the set up. Very dissatisfied overall with the local store experience.

Back in April ATT had a promotion. I came to this store and was told promotion was offer in store as well. 2-3 months later promotion was only online. Customer Service said to go to store and speak to manager. This store is completely out of my area, about 45min. Drive there and associate Jason said Manager Julio was away. In fact he was in the back. The manager never came to speak to us and came smiling by us to tell Associate Jason he was going to lunch! Worst service ever! Didnt resolve the issue and still waiting for a call back that will never happen! Worst service!

Very knowledgeable sales person, gave me a great deal on an apple I phone and watch, set everything up for me. His name is Pedro. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Customer service has dropped since the last time i visited this location. I needed help filling a claim. I was given a brochure and told to use the website on the back. I asked if he could help me out like theyve done in the past, and i was told they dont do that anymore, and then the guy started to ignore me so i just left. The were no other customers in the store, the other employees heard the conversation, and when i looked at them, they just ignored me as well. Worst experience at this location ever........ this may have been the straw that broke this camels back.

I do not recommend this place for business accounts! The assistant manager Naebeal obviously does not care about his job or customers, called the store to get some help on a phone we purchased there and he started off with a bad attitude and like we were a bother, ended up being no help! Will be putting someone on shopping our business account elsewhere, where they value our business!

Went in to do something simple or so I thought (cancel protection plan/insurance) guy pretty much told me to go to another store. I never wanted to smack somebody so hard in my life.

I changed my cell phone and the seller includes insurance and protection without telling me. The company should punish the seller and not encourage this type of abuse.

All though I believe att has good wireless Service but while signing up at this particular location it seems like there use of Deceptive salesman practice is allowed by the manager. I wouldn’t recommend using this location but made go to a different one. If your offer a promotion, make sure it’s highlighted or signed by the manager. This place has gotten a facelift or something, the vibe is COMPLETELY different than earlier this year, and I’m loving it! I’m not sure what’s changed recently, but I’m impressed that this location has been able to deliver even during COVID. Keep it up!

Courtney has been wonderful to deal with. She took it on herself to assist me with an issue instead of telling me to call customer service, like four other representatives did. The issue has not yet been completely resolved but she has made it that I was able to get an upgraded phone and will continue to fix the issue.

Courtney has helped us 2 separate times, probably about a total of 4+ house and she is absolutely amazing!!! She explained everything in detail as she was doing it and was extremely patient and kind. She is also very knowledgeable in what she is doing.

Malika (sorry - need to call and get correct spelling) was wonderful to work with. I made changes to an online order upon arriving at the store. She was patient, professional, and so knowledgeable. Best AT&T rep I have ever worked with.

This might be the most unhelpful AT&T store Ive ever been to, especially when Tyler is working. Ive gone twice now to try and have something done with my service, but Tyler doesnt ever want to help. All he wants to do is argue with the customers and try to explain to them why he cant do something as simple as switching over a pre-paid plan to AT&T or give them the proper information regarding unlimited data plans. The thing is, he can do these things. He just doesnt want to.Ive had other experiences at this store, and they were usually satisfactory... as long as you dont get stuck dealing with Tyler.Two star review. Docked two stars because of the terrible treatment given to me via Tyler. I hope they pull him off the floor for a bit to train him on how to speak with customers.

Pablo was the only helpful person. I’m from Miami and he was outside by the table set up. I explained why I was visiting and after a brief explanation on why, we went inside the store to begin transferring all my personal information from one phone to my new phone. I was pretty shocked by the lack of service from the staff in general. I go to Att in Kendall, Miami Lakes, and Port St. Lucie. In all these other Att stores, the staff (as a whole) says hi, how can we help you, they make you feel welcomed. I was the only customer and there was Pablo, three other men, and a woman (all staff). Came inside not one said hello or acknowledged me (no big deal). What got to me was when he asked the employees that he needs a table with a shield cover (there were 3, they were taken up by 3 employees), one male just got up (not with the best of all attitudes, but hey he was the only one that showed some courtesy at least to get up), girl stayed at the table on her phone and the other guy remained in place. All until a blonde lady walked in (my guess a manager) wasn’t in the mood to call anyone out since again no big deal). However I feel the need to express this, this was the worst visit I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been a faithful client since 1998. I’ve been with Att since I was 17 and maybe I’ve been very spoiled.What brightened my mood was Pablo, he was great! A pleasure to speak with, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I got a good deal with buying a cover/screen protector, and stationed charger. Even gave him my card! I come from a corporate world and always worked with customer service, saying hello doesn’t cost anything additional. By the way, having 4 additional employees in a store and one customer, the service should be phenomenal. Overall, a big thank you to Pablo and the young guy that was helping a girl by the time I left. He answered one of my questions while Pablo was finding me a charger.

If I could rate with no stars, they don’t even deserve one!! If you need help this isn’t the place for you, stick with Verizon!! As soon as I pay this phone off I’m outta here!! Was offered promotion and gift cards that I never received. If your a first time responder it’s suppose to be cheaper now I’m paying two separate bills! Way more than I was paying before! How annoying is that! Oh and direct TV never came to my house to connect services over 6 attempts I said forget it!! Missed work and everything waiting for these people. Just a horrible experience! Trust me stick with Verizon!! I didn’t even need direct TV they said it was free and included it’s not!! They just want their money.... stay clear! You’ve been warned.

AT&T in general is horrible and we found that out the hard way, after 2 years of torture. However, this store quoted us our plan plus the price of the phones. Bill after bill, it just continued to increase without warning. We were not sad to switch back to Verizon.

No service strength in the neighborhood that they operate in. Only buy this service if you would like to sit on your porch.

Not of any assistance - went to another store to find the nearest manager in duty and she also was not at that store. Exceptionally disappointing to spend 30minutes driving to find another location also didn’t have the manager as the first location had said they would; I did call to check but the phone was never answered. Poor service all around.

I usually never write stuff on google for obvious privacy concerns but after dealing with Eddie Cosme yesterday at the winter garden village AT&T store, I had to say something; his professionalism, knowledge and genuine care were the reason Im keeping the service active despite all the issues I have been experiencing with the service. How can you be a store that sells phones and never answer the phone. Everytime I call there I have to go through 15 minutes of calling before someone answers. Fail. Easy to tell its a corporate store because no one cares. That would never happen at an independent.

I bought a package that entailed two phones and getting Direct TV for 25 dollars a month. I had issues with Direct TV not showing up on my install day and the manager Jules @ AT&T (not sure of the spelling) went above and beyond to fix the issues. Lynthea was my sales rep and she also was very professional and helped me save as much money as possible on my plan. All these one stars I am reading are for issues such as them not answering the phone fast enough. Really? I have Lynthea on speed dial and she even texted me to make sure I was happy and if things were going well with the install. Very friendly, down to earth staff.

ATT Service in Winter Garden is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I have an iPhone X and never get above 10gb download and 2-3gb upload. I pay for the top plan and still have horrible speeds. Customer Service told me, they apologized but since the hurricane in 2017 their towers were damaged and they don’t even have an estimate on when it can be fixed.

This is the problem today with those kind of stores.. the people that are working in there dont know any S***, I know more than any in that store. is not possible that they do not have anyone prepare for any information on the service. and even to get a service is really bad how they work. really bad ATT. you need to give a better training on your employees.

Frustrated customers of another company, we went to see what offers were available. Soon Rick attended us, very helpful and a pro in knowledge of his work. I asked him about a thousand questions, answered a call (call to know if he asked for another line) and he patiently said is ok, take your time. Very Happy with Ricks VIP treatment, I went out with my Samsung and 2 iPhone. Thanks Richard, you made a difference.

Like several cell phone operators are liars, cheats, with my husband we left the services provided by that company because the payment invoices were never what had been agreed from the beginning: they were always much higher than agreed and by claiming they never corrected this. I do not recommend it at all!

Bad service, and it took horrors
