I love Ivan! My new iphone 11 stopped letting me receive calls!! Yikes!! Ivan was able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. He was professional, patient, and was able to show me how to fix it, ( if the problem were to occur again). Boost Mobile is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE OR ANYTHING HERE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I bought a iPhone 7 here a little while ago and they sold me a pre used, fake piece of junk for 450$. This store will scam you and the owner will “offer deals” because all the phones are used and half of them will give you issues and need repair within a year. My phone had gotten the “no service bug” so I went to apple to get it fixed . They sent my phone back with no repair and then continued to explain to me that there was a piece in the phone that was not an apple product . It was a third market part and that apple will not repair it because of the fake piece . SO I JUST SPENT 450 DOLLARS FOR A PHONE THAT CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND THEY REFUSE A REFUND. AS I SAID DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY .

By far the best boost let alone phone store in central florida. Possibly florida. I was expecting at least 250 plus. Was reliefed with a price way lower then 200 for what i got. Case included. You cannot get a better deal then this location. Owner is Ivan. He is beyond helpful.

The lady did her best on a stressful day as far as customer service. But, I had to tell her to put a sign up because her credit card machine was down after waiting for 25 min for help, with a toddler about to have a fit. After coming back with cash, she said she finalized everything, gave me the go ahead and leave, left, came home with a missing phone. Went back to grab the phone, came home with a phone that wasnt activated properly. Called the number from another number, some dude answered with the number my son shouldve had. Fourth time going in to probably wait with same toddler. OMG, I hope it doesnt take another 40 min to fix. $300 later. 4th time going in. Thanks. She kept her cool, but dang. She dropped off a new phone at my address. She is still super nice, though

In my book this Boost is top notch, this is the place to come to get my phones, they gave me a good phone and good service, I pay my bill every month and they treat me always within a smile.

I came back yesterday as you suggested because I had been unable to transfer content from my old to the new phone that I purchased from you. Kareem greeted me quickly and said he would be able to assist me. As he was transferring my information a man with a bald head and light eyes began to bark at Kareem in Arabic. He then turned to me and in front of all the customers and other store employees asked me if I had purchased the phone from this store. I felt attacked and humiliated. His arrogance and outburst are highly unprofessional. I will also draft a letter to the Corporate office. Ahmed again I thank for your professionalism and after the incident last night I will be looking for another provider.

I love my Lg Stylo4 Phone, i got it for Free when I transfered my number. Service was amazing.

I wanted a 32gb 5SE but were out of stock on line. I called the nearest store (this one) and the SM said hed honor the online price and have it ordered to the store. A 16GB arrived instead. 3 WEEKS LATER and Im STILL waiting for this 32GB to arrive. They keep telling me, in two days, next week, tomorrow, I just called today and they tell me that if it doesnt arrive tomorrow I can get a refund. I dont want a refund! I want the phone I asked for and thats it! Im already set up with my new number I dont know what in the world is causing such delay but this is extremely unprofessional that the SM hasnt personally spoken to me. What happened to customer service satisfaction when YOUR company is the one making the mistake???
